Floral Fusion has the best online flower delivery service with outstanding customer support. Nausheen was a great help and very courteous. Though it was a last minute order, it was accepted and they did a wonderful job and had the beautiful bouquet delivered promptly on time, the next day. I ordered from Saudi Arabia and the convenience of the online order was outstanding. The flowers were fresh, bright and colourful and were presented with stunning beauty by the florist, along with the additional service of sending a chocolate box too. My sister was overjoyed and very pleased to receive this wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend FLORAL FUSION to one and all.

I had picked a bunch of flowers online to be delivered the next day to my mothers for Mother’s Day. I chose one with pretty pinks and reds as this is a colour to show gratitude and love. The flowers were delivered the next day a little later than expected at 5.30pm however they were absolutely beautiful, fresh and full of colour and my mother loved. My only complaint was there was no carnations or berry’s present in the bunch which I had seen on the portfolio I choose from for a set price. Maybe they had none left being Mother’s Day. But still they had made them look beautiful and generous with the flowers. So much so my mum put them into 2 vase.💐 Good job, thank you. I would definitely use again.

This store is absolutely amazing! My best friend father unfortunately died and I wanted to send flowers immediately. I live in another country and so I couldn’t just deliver the flowers myself. I looked on Amazon and the flowers were not fresh at all and they were available in a week time. I saw floral fusions florist website and I contacted the manager via WhatsApp and she was absolutely amazing and helpful! Shr responded in seconds and I was able to choose the flowers and the vase I wanted and she delivered it the next day! My heart was full to the thought that I was able to be with my friend’s family in a way ... this flowers shop is very reliable and professional! Thank you so much!

We ordered a bouquet for my mother in laws birthday and the flowers were amazing. Really fresh and vibrant. The service is incredible and so personalised. First of all, the website is really easy to use and easy to place an order. Then they call you to discuss delivery time etc. Lastly and most importantly, there is great communication between the retailer and the consumer via text, email etc. All in all it was a great and easy to use experience and would recommend to our friends and family. I placed an order for a floral arrangement to give to a friend as a condolence gesture. I initially was uncertain about what I really wanted to order, however, the staff of this florist were available 24 hours a day to answer all of my queries and they provided excellent recommendations. I was shocked to find a florist who would deliver on Sundays, however they did and the delivery driver was actually early delivering the arrangement which was great! The arrangement was beautiful in person and identical to the pics on the website. I will recommend this florist to everyone, and continue to use them in the future!

Fantastic service..I ordered some flowers online the evening before and they were delivered at 10.30 the next morning. No delivery charge. If i could give more stars i would! The floral Fusion is a gem that helped me make my sisters birthday so special. We live abroad and wanted to surprise my sister in her birthday on a Sunday! Floral Fusion were the only one i. Leicester to deliver on Sunday with an outstanding service. Due to some payments issue on their website i contacted her on WhatsApp and she was so kind and helpful in every step: she replied live to all my answers and even sent me a picture of the Bouquet before delivery. I am so so thankful for their service and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Ordered online at 1pm for same delivery as a family member had suffered a bereavement. A lovely bouquet arrived at their home at 3.30pm! My sis-in-law said the flowers were lovely and fresh. The lady who I spoke to on the phone to check the order was ok for same day delivery even took two photos of the bouquet and sent them to me, as well as a text to advise they were ready for delivery. When my father passed away late March, I was unable to fly to Leicester from Canada due to the travel ban because of COVID 19. My mum couldn’t have her children with her for Dad’s very brief and distant funeral, it was an incredibly distressing time for the family but thank God mum had her sister with her for support. I received a beautiful flower/plant arrangement from my management team and it’s still thriving. I wanted something similar for my mum and Aunty. I hard a hard time connecting with a florist in Leicester due to the closures. I finally got someone to speak to when I called Floral Fusions. Right from the start Nausheen was attentive and helpful in finding out what I was looking for and how she would meet my need. I sent her pictures of the arrangement I have and she said she would try her best to make similar arrangements but it was difficult as most places were still closed. She sent me pictures of baskets for the arrangements for my approval before starting and after my feedback made 2 beautiful matching arrangements so similar to the picture I had sent, even prettier. She was able to get two beautiful metal planters just like the ones in the pictures! I was so happy to see this as originally she could only get wooden ones. She sent me pictures of the finished arrangements. When the arrangements were delivered Nausheen called me as mum didn’t hear the door bell. I called mum and she received the arrangements and was so thrilled! My Aunty was in tears she was so happy too. I cannot thank Nausheen enough for giving me exactly what I had asked for despite the limited resources and closures. Well done Nausheen, I would definitely recommend Nausheen and Floral Fusions in the future

Last week I wanted to arrange flowers for my Auntie as my Uncle had sadly passed away. They were to be delivered direct to her. I called Floral Fusions as I was unsure what flowers to have and they were most helpful.They said the would send me a photograph once the flowers had me made up. What I didnt expect was a couple of photographs of the flowers and one of my Auntie receiving them at the door which I thought was a lovely and excellent idea. Nausheen and her team at Floral Fusions are absolutely wonderful to deal with, and went above and beyond to complete my order. I live in North America, and I was desperately trying to find a UK florist to deliver flowers to my mom in Leicester the next day for international Mother's Day (Sunday May 14). I contacted several UK florists, but none of them delivered on Sundays. Then I came across Floral Fusions - they were easy to reach via Facebook and whatsapp, and responded to me very quickly (despite it being after 10pm GMT!). Nausheen agreed to deliver the flowers to my mom the next day, and I then ordered a bouquet from the website. The next morning I contacted Floral Fusions to ensure they received my order, and when it became clear that my cute written message hadn't gone through online, Nausheen offered to write it in for me! They also captured and sent pics and a video of my mom receiving the bouquet!! The flowers were gorgeous, and the entire Floral Fusions team was very professional and accommodating Highly, highly recommend this florist. A+ for customer service and freshness!
