We went to Dovedale to buy flowers for my brother in law's funeral just before Christmas. It was a sad and difficult time. Paula was amazing, caring and encouraging. She took all the stress away, we can't thank her enough. The flowers were beautiful, just what we wanted. Thank you.

First time ordering flowers, everything went perfectly! The flowers looked exactly like I wanted them to, the basket they came in was also of good quality and as advertised. They even hand-wrote the poem I wrote for her! Best part is that I wanted her to receive them directly and she lives in an apartment building and is only home for a short window during her work day. They were able to deliver very close to the time I requested and everything worked out!

Brilliant, I ordered flowers for mothers day as I couldn't be there. Dovedale done a really nice card for us and it was obvious they had put time, dedication and a personal touch into putting the flowers together and how they was presented. I placed my order on line just before the deadline for deliver the same day. I trusted the owner as I couldn't make it to the shop. My bouquet was for my favourite comedian of all time, I would have liked to have seen them myself, after Ken's funeral I did ponder whether to go up to the house to view all the floral tributes, but didn't think it was quite appropriate on that day. I live in Australia and this year I missed UK Mothers Day (they are not on the same day as Aus) Having realised that on the Sunday night (Aus time) I googled florists local to my mums house...Dovedale made up the bouquet and delivered them on the Monday and my mum was very pleased....she said they were a big bouquet and very pretty.
