K. W.Nan did a good job with my wedding flowers. Whilst the first bunch of flowers delivered the day before my wedding did not turn out as I had expected (for example some flower were not open and there were dry and wilting leaves and ends), Nan recognised that I was not happy with this and quickly rectified the situation. She delivered the new flowers the next day and in the end I had gorgeous flowers for the day.

My wedding was a month away in the Lake District and she reassured me that she could provide fresh flowers that would last in the car up to the lakes as I was unable to find a florist at such late notice. She made sure there was enough water and guided me through any issues if they wilted slightly. Turned out there were no problems anyway (just my pre-wedding anxiety) and her guidance definitely helped keep them in good condition. Very happy with the colour combinations and how pretty they looked. Nan is super friendly and goes out of her way to help. Will definitely recommend her services again! She was so friendly, bubbly and easy to talk to, and she knew exactly what we wanted! The flowers were delivered beautifully packed, it was actually a shame to unwrap the bouquets! Everyone said the venue looked stunning and honestly cannot thank Nan more for making my wedding so so amazing! Not only that, her prices are so reasonable for absolutely A+ level styling and quality of her flowers, I cannot recommend her more!

The service overall was absolutely fantastic, the flowers were very fresh and designed to the exact specification requested. They were also delivered direct to both of us to our hotels the night before the wedding and packaged for complete freshness. The cost is very reasonable and communication back and forth was extremely easy and fast. I would definitely use and recommend them again.
L. M.Wow. My new husband and I have been absolutely blown away by the service Nan provided. She made us the most beautiful bouquets and button holes with stunning quality flowers. She delivered the service with utmost professionalism and was a delight to work with - so friendly, kind and resourceful. What made her stand out the most was her enthusiasm and pragmatism. We brought our wedding forward by 2 weeks to get in ahead of lockdown, which meant we could only give Nan 36 hours' notice. She rose to the occasion spectacularly and was there, smiling, with all the bouquets on our new wedding day. I would absolutely recommend Nan.

K. B.Nan offers a very professional, high quality service at a great price. She provided the flowers for my July 2020 wedding ceremony and I was so happy with my bouquet and the posys and crowns for the flower girls. She also did last minute decorations for the registry table even though I texted the request to her at 6am on the morning of the wedding. Thank you Nan!
