What a beautiful shop. This street is incredible to look around and find places like Botanique. It fee so cozy and right in here. The smell of fresh flowers is so delicate and calming. And the small objects scattered around the shop are just amazing to look at.

Fantastic shop - filled with gorgeous handmade treasures and flowers. The staff were so helpful in helping me fill a glass terrarium as a birthday gift. Would highly recommend!

My go to flower shop for the most whimsical and alluring bouquets. And their flower delivery service is runs smoothly. On special occasions, I always order bouquets from Botanique, never had any disappointments, only laughter and smiles.

What they lack in warmth of service, they make up for in beautiful flowers. I bought a bouquet, buttonholes and vase arrangements online after discovering the store in-person, and collected some instore the day before our civil ceremony and had the others delivered to the restaurant. They were ready for collection as well as delivered on time. There's a somewhat cold approach to the service (or lack thereof) that makes you feel like an inconvenience and that jars with the connotation of flowers but perhaps that's because this is a 'workshop'. A good transaction nonetheless!

A head turner: every time I walk past this store I can't help but stop and stare every day on my way to work. They change the shopfront and inside shop arrangement so frequently that it's really enjoyable to go and have a browse every now and then. Sometimes I have a really tiring day or a rough one at work, I will go and indulge myself in Botanique Workshop for a while... just to enjoy how different plants, textures and scent blend to create that soothing feeling inside. I can't say I'm buying a lot from them yet - I bought a few pots and a pilea during sale - but the quality is good. They have a good curation of products for people who likes plants or people (actual plants for you!) who like the idea of plant (cards and other goodies!).

Botanique Workshop did the flowers for our April 2021 wedding. They did a terrific job especially as it was the first day out of lockdown. Their build it yourself website is by far the easiest to navigate, and they then did a lovely job of the Brides bouquet, button holes for the groom and best man and corsages for the bridesmaids, plus very pretty blossoms for the table. A nice touch that they added thistles to the Groom and Best Man’s flowers as we were in our kilts. In addition, BW were responsive and helpful on the phone and really seemed to care that the flowers arrived in perfect condition. Two weeks later and the Bride’s bouquet is still blossoming in a vase on our dining room table. Many thanks, great work!

Lovely florist and shop. I’ve walked past many times and admired the potted plants, bouquets and dried flowers. I recently ordered a bunch of flowers on the phone for collection and was super happy with the result- great value, high quality and very friendly service. We used Botanique Workshop for our wedding flowers. Placing an order on the website was straightforward based on a choice of colour palettes and with the option to request to add other colours and favourite flowers, if possible. Alice very kindly answered my multiple questions by email. They arrived well-packed, in good time and were absolutely gorgeous. The colours and flower selections perfectly met our brief. The arrangements were clearly made with a lot of care and to a very high standard. We were so pleased with them.

We had a fresh flower crown workshop as part of my best friend's hen do. Alice, the flower shop owner really took care of us and made the class so enjoyable for everyone (even for the girls with 2 left hands) and we ended up with beautiful crowns as part of our hen party's outfit. Did a lovely flower crown making course here for a hen do. Our teacher Emily could not have been more lovely and friendly. We had tea, prosecco and cake while we made the crowns, and they turned out really nicely.

Amazing place here - I got my succulent plants from here, and I'd never bought any plants before then but the shop assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable (and super patient!) and gave me much needed tips and tricks on care and maintenance. Such a beautiful place! I have started visiting on my lunch break, cant walk past without going in, it's such an oasis just to wonder around for a few minutes. Displays and products change all the time so there is always something new to see. Great selection of plants too, I have quite the collection from here on my desk and at home!

Perfect independent shop: stunning collection of handmade products, often I even see the staff making them at the checkout, staff are super friendly and always help me when I bore them with all my house plant woes, and don't even get me started on the flowers, the arrangements are to die for. You can't go wrong here this shop is one of a kind!

One of my favourite plant shops, selling lovely other bits and pieces as well - jewellery, sleeping masks etc. Having been there 10+ times, I’ve never encountered rude staff, as previous reviewers suggested. Worth a visit.
