S. I.Absolutely amazing service, at such a difficult time we called a couple of florists we knew and not many were helpful but Tracy was so understanding and amazing! I can't thank her enough and am so grateful, we relayed our preference over the phone and at such short notice she was so helpful. Flowers and heart shaped wreath were so beautiful, amazingly done, especially as we called her on Friday evening and were able to collect them on Saturday morning. M. C.If you need beautiful floral creations, Tracy from Brentford Flowers is the person to use. I have no hesitation in recommending her. I urgently needed some floral tributes for a family funeral and with new year approaching, finding a florist who was open was a challenge. I stumbled across Brentford Flowers on the internet. From our first interaction, Tracy was professional, friendly and very responsive. She was keen to hear what colours and types of flowers we were thinking of and also very helpful in suggesting colour and floral combinations. We had a number of sprays that were required including one for the coffin and they each needed to be distinct. Tracy was sensitive and thoughtful in the knowledge we were grieving as a family and did her best to make the process of choosing flowers (in a lockdown) as easy as possible. This was all done remotely. She also delivered a selection of tribute message cards to my home which was much appreciated.
The results were amazing - the floral tributes were incredibly beautiful and fitting for the celebration of my dear aunt’s life. I will certainly order flowers from Tracy again. Tracy thank you for all your help and expertise- a number of attendees including the priest commented on how beautiful the flowers were.
B. H.Tracy has been brilliant. I can't recommend her enough. She did quite a few flower arrangements and a 3D chicken for our mum that passed away recently. I was blown away by her flare and imagination for arranging. We had a lot of things to organise but I knew the flowers where in good hands. She listened to what we wanted and did my mum proud on a very difficult day. Tracy thank you for the excellent service and late nights you put in it was much appreciated from the Hopkins family.
