e. B.I purchased the 'Luxury Dried Tropical Flowers' bouquet as a gift for my Mum for Mothers Day. There was a slight delay in delivery (out of the control of Design by Nature) and the customer service I received from Emily was absolutely fantastic. With regard to the product itself, the bouquet was packaged brilliantly - as damage during transit is a common concern when receiving flowers via post - the flowers were in amazing condition and perfectly pre-arranged so they could be placed directly into the vase! Can't recommend this business enough - will definitely be purchasing again in future.

We bought a DIY Wreath kit from Emily at Christmas time and we were so impressed with the kit and had so much fun doing it alongside her Youtube video! Our guests all kept commenting throughout the day on how perfect the flowers were, from the beautiful arch we got married under to the incredible floating installation that Emily created. She managed to choose not only the perfect tone of colour for the table flowers but also created a beautiful balance with the leafy autumnal look of the columns and the staircase at the reception venue. Our guests were in awe by the beauty and intimacy of it all. She also created suit buttonholes for us and head piece for the flower girl were delicate and simply stunning.
Emily is so easy to work with. She takes time to understand the needs of her clients and offer great service at a competitive price. We are very happy after the wedding and can highly recommend her to others.

She has such a beautiful eye for composition and uses stunning flowers. Emily is doing our wedding flowers and provided a well produced, fully thought out quote very promptly. The costs were 👌 and broken down very transparently - and most importantly, it was beautiful! Emily suggested flowers we hadn’t heard of before but have since become family favourites.
Emily also hosted a wreath workshop for us at work. She delivered 20+ wreaths all over all London and then Zoomed in to show us how it’s done. The materials were again beautiful in such a natural way, and everyone was delighted with the result. Thanks Emily!
