Ordered a teardrop spray for a funeral. Was undecided on what I wanted but the lady there was a great help. The spray needed to be delivered the next day and this was done. Saw the floral display at the funeral and was very happy with it. Used the colour combination I requested, and gorgeous flowers. very pleased will use again.

Gorgeous gorgeous flowers and but LETS TALK ABOUT THE CHOCOLATES!!! I was drawn in by the dark chocolate truffles and couldn't find any cash I was fumbling around when the lovely lady working there gave me two ON THE HOUSE. Such a lovely and appreciated gesture proves to me this shop cares about its customers and is passionate about what they do. That's the vibe I got and if I lived round here I would come back again. Oh, and the pot plants smell SO good!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

I had to order some flowers for a funeral on behalf of a friend from abroad and had an extremely short timescale for them to arrive. I obviously didn’t want to let her down. I spoke to Ari, the owner, who immediately put any concerns at rest. He offered to contact me to let me know they had arrived. On the day, I received a call from the driver to confirm they had arrived and Ari himself then gave me a courtesy call to confirm everything had gone smoothly. Amazing flower variety, always have a great selection of ready made hand ties or you can create your own bespoke bouquet with the help of one of the florists. Everybody is very helpful and friendly. Plus they have the most delicious Belgian chocolate :)

I've not often had cause to look for a florist, but I found myself in need and google sent me to Elisana as it was only a 15 minute walk from my house! This was a life saver for an almost missed birthday; the bouquets which were premade had a good range in price so all budgets should be fine. I spent 20 pounds and had a very interesting bouquet which the birthday girl was extremely pleased with. I was also happy to see there was a small chocolate counter, thus turning my quick birthday thought into a fully realized present. It went over a smash! There are also a few potted plants if you were looking for something more long lasting. Elisana might not have the biggest selection of flowers as some places in London, but the women here were friendly, helpful, and I felt pretty well priced. Will definitely grab emergency gifts from here again!

Ordered a delivery for a 50th Birthday, rang on the day of delivery to check and was told it had been delivered. Got home after work and found it had not been delivered. Contacted the shop and the person I spoke to was less than helpful. Still charging for delivery and was not even prepared to offer the previously agreed AM delivery. Further to this review the shop refunded the cost which deserves recognition and credit hence the increase to 3 stars
