Not only did my mum get a beautiful bunch of flowers, they added a complimentary box of chocolates free. She is so happy with them! absolutely over the moon and says they smell wonderful. They have given her so much joy in dreary March lockdown. The service was excellent, great attention to detail with the order and delivery, everything arrived on time without damage. I was extremely impressed by the detail and high level of service which were provided by the company. I was asked a variety of questions such as: what the flowers for? which part of the home will they be kept in? and what best describes your fiancée’s personality? So rather than just being given any old bunch of flowers, the team’s expertise helped guide and advise me on what would be best suited, which I found very refreshing.
The flowers were gratefully received by a very happy fiancée who still talks now about how beautiful they were. Not only was everything done within the budget I requested they were also delivered exactly on time. I would be more than happy to recommend Elizabeth Marsh Floral Design to anyone in need of flowers and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
