It is my go-to flower shop in Stokey... but... The customer service is a bit lacking. I feel intimidated when I go in there, to the point where I actually avoid going now. When I go into the shop, I feel rushed like I need to decide absolutely ASAP. I don't want to spend 15 mins taking up the small space, but surely more than an instant decision the second I walk into the shop with so many stems available. When I say "this combo... no actually this combo" they seem way too quickly exasperated by me. I'm sorry to be annoying I just can't make a decision within 5 seconds! :'( The shame is I love flowers so much and am reckless enough with money that, given just a few more mins of time I would spend at least £100. Instead, I am in and out of there within like 3 mins max (feeling rushed) and spending maybe only £20. Both the owner (for sure) and less-often-but-still, the woman who helps. I went there with my dad even once and actually felt a bit embarrassed because he was buying me some as a gift which is so nice, and he (my dad) was trying to be all pally with the staff while we decided... and they were quite "hah. yeah. : | " like 'please just hurry up and get out'. I could see it killed the vibe for my dad, trying to do a nice impromptu gift. Sad. Thought maybe it was just me being sensitive, but have read the other reviews which align with my impression... Positives: fairly priced and great selection.

Amazing customer service, Angela was brilliant and managed to get my order out the same day. She put together a stunning bouquet having explained all the options and sent me a photo of it. The recipient was thrilled too and I am rather green with envy as would have loved those flowers too.

Dream savers..... After having the florist I booked cancel my wedding flowers three days before my wedding, and two others informing me that it was too short notice. A friend suggested that I try evergreen and outrageous after using them for her own wedding and I’m so glad I did. The helpful staff in the shop informed me I needed to have a consultation with Angela who wasn’t in, they provided me with her contact details and after I had a breakdown on the phone explaining the whole situation she was very helpful and so reassuring. I explained what I wanted and she soon sent me some images of something similar to what I wanted. The flowers where delivered on time and looked absolutely amazing. The table flowers Angela suggested worked amazing. Thank you to all the staff at evergreen and outrageous for all your hard work and help in making my special day.

My wife and myself needed to find a replacement for our wedding centrepieces after being let down by a different vendor! At quite short notice we visited Evergreen and Outrageous and spoke with Angela who was more than happy to help and put our minds at ease! We arranged to have Angela do flowers for our bridal bouquet, maid of honour, flower girl, button hole flowers and all our tables including head table, She supplied amazing flowers and also balloons that were all a perfect match to our colour theme, but most of all the most amazing service going beyond anything we could have expected!! When she delivered the flowers to our venue she went out of her way to fix issues that were not her responsibility just to make our day perfect!!! Everyone loved the flowers, there were none left after we told our guests they could take them home at the end of our wedding reception, even the balloons got taken! our day was fantastic with everyone complimenting everything including the flowers and because of the service we received from Angela we cannot hesitate to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Evergreen and Outrageous Rob & Irene Married 03/10/2018

Really lovely owner and the flowers done for my Nan's funeral were so beautiful. Much better than some other flower arrangements I saw in the cemetery. A little expensive but these things tend to be and I would definitely recommend considering the service and quality, which is important during such difficult times.

Dropped in on the way past today, and was enticed to buy a hand-tied bouquet because the flowers looked irresistible. Delightful assistant on her first day back at work after completing her degree. What a loss she'll be when she starts the next part of her career. Thank you, great service.
