Ordered flowers that did not turn up due to Royal Mail. Emailed Thomas Howard who had a replacement set sent out within 24 hours leaving my relative very pleased. Great service

Never Ordered from here before. Had a minor issue when placing the order. I Ordered online, payment was taken, but no confirmation of order and it was still showing the order was still in the basket. Popped in to pick up a bouquet and they put together this wonderful arrangement for £25! One of nicest bouquets we’ve ever bought from a florist and so much nicer than a supermarket bouquet. The flowers and colours are really lovely.

I left a pretty scathing review of FBF due to the quality of the flowers I received to give to my Mum on Mothering Sunday and the initial response I receieved to my complaint. On the basis that it's only fair to acknowledge the efforts that someone makes to remedy a problem, and although they got themselves in to a bit of a muddle with the address for the replacement flowers, they did come good in the end and replace my Mum's yellow roses with an ever bigger bunch of flowers than I had ordered. The initial response I received was nothing more than poorly judged humour and the owner has made every effort to make good the situation.

I've been ordering here for around 9 months now and my wife loves getting the flowers every week - great quality and they last for a long while. One week, the postman took the box to the depot instead of leaving them by the door (must have been a temporary postman) and when I got a chance to pick them up, they were mainly dead. It wasn't Flowers by Flourish's fault but I messaged them anyway to let them know. Even though it wasn't their fault, they sent two free bouquets of flowers next day delivery as we weren't able to enjoy that week's order of flowers. What amazing customer service! I would definitely recommend these guys and will keep ordering from them for a long while to come.

Flourish are the best florist we have ever used.
