Very fast turnaround and wonderful service! We ordered from overseas and Jo was very helpful in getting the delivery exactly where it needed to be even with an incorrect address (oops!) The recipient loved the arrangement and it made her birthday. The price was fantastic and I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly Jo was. Would give another star if I could.

The whole experience was fantastic. Jo was brilliant at guiding me through the process - contacting the funeral directors to make sure everything was there in good time for them. She then went on to produce a very beautiful coffin spray in pinks and whites. She communicated with me throughout that time, which was very comforting and reassuring. We had the funeral yesterday and we couldn't have asked for more - the spray was everything we had hoped it would be.

My daughter who is living away from home was doing a performance in Tottenham and I decided I wanted some flowers delivered to her as a surprise. Finding a few online flower delivery websites I just wasn't too sure on those as I wanted to talk to someone about my requirements so I turned my attention to Google and searched for florists near Tottenham. Haran and Harrisons Florist came up as top rated. I decided to call them as the reviews where very positive which gave me abit more confidence. On calling I spoke to a very pleasant chatty lady called Jo I asked her a couple of questions regarding pricing, and my time frame for delivery etc she was very helpful & obliging in answering she advised that I could call her later when I decided. Having decided I called Jo back again, she was again very nice and chatty we discussed what I wanted bright and cheerful with orange and pink & also what to write on the card. I paid over the phone and received my receipt via text. The day before delivery Jo left me a voice & text message advising that one of the pink flowers I liked was not available but she would substitute with another flower instead and it would still be bright which was nice of her to inform me of. The day of delivery Jo messaged me advising that she was on schedule to deliver the flowers to my daughter, which I was so pleased about as being over 100+ miles away its very nerve-racking as to whether this will all work out and go to plan, Thankfully it all went to plan Jo messaged me once they were delivered. Now it was just a waiting game as to see what the flowers actually looked like. I wanted bright & cheerful. My daughter rang me to say thank you & she said her flowers were absolutely wonderful she really loved the colours, I was over the moon. The service I received from Jo was Fantastic she was very caring which put me at ease being so far away. I felt very happy with all of her communications. As I live so far away I'm not sure if I will get the chance to use Jo again but I would if the chance came around. I'd definitely recommend Haran and Harrison's as the flowers were bright, colourful and well presented in a bright carry bag for transportation. Unrivalled customer service, first class! Highly recommended florist in the East of London area. I wanted a special bouquet sent to my daughter-in-law and son who have just had the thrill of their first baby. Speaking with Jo it was all organised in just a few minutes, and the flowers delivered a couple of hours later! - what an amazing same day service. I would upload a picture of my 'new' grandson, only when they took the snap he didn't have any clothes on! You'll have to take my word for it, he's gorgeous, as were the flowers.

Above and beyond doesn’t go far enough. Beautiful same day flowers hand delivered to a difficult street which everyone (Amazon/fedex/UPS etc) gets wrong but Jo was in regular contact and went above and beyond to ensure the delivery went smoothly and I was kept updated. A real family feel to this business, really friendly and warm - easy for me to ring up in a hurry wanting to surprise my girlfriend, she loved them! Will use again!

What a fab service! I needed flowers for a no-contact delivery to be delivered at short notice for a friend who had lost a family member.
