Whilst trying to find a florist who could cater for my wedding, I came across Jazz Flowers simply by chance and I am so pleased I did. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking (see photos for proof) and were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. Lilli and Ellie were so so patient with me - taking the time to talk me through their vision, listening to what I wanted and being able to incorporate changes at the last minute.. Unlike other florists that I have approached, Jazz Flower's speed of response was amazing - nothing was every too much trouble and every communication was responded to within 24 hours. Amazing really, as not only are they a florist catering to the general public, but also offering additional services during which I can imagine has been an incredible busy wedding season. This was one of the main reasons that I initially decided to go with them. Their fantastic customer service Thank you so much to the whole Jazz team - but a big thanks to Lilli and Ellie, I don't think my day would have been so special if I had not found you two. I have definitely found a florist for life.

It's so nice to visit a local business and be served by someone who enjoys what they do and is happy to go the extra mile. It makes such a difference to the overall service experience and that's exactly how Jazz Flowers were on my visit to them today. I had ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and popped in this morning, just as they were opening, in the hope I could pick the flowers up earlier than planned. The florist was more than happy to oblige and I was massively impressed as she raced around and put together the most fantastic rose bouquet in a matter of minutes. They have certainly won me as a loyal customer... highly recommended!

The quality of the flowers and the knowledge of the staff makes my experience with Jazz Flowers perfect every time. I have lived around the corner for the past 10 years and without fail, every month Jazz Flowers delivers and fills my home with the most beautiful bouquets. They also organised the flowers at my wedding, we had a very specific idea of what my husband and I wanted, and Ellie understood right down to my mothers fresh floral fascinator. First things first - I know absolutely nothing about flowers. But I've started having more flowers and plants around my house (my wife's idea!) and ever since then, I've been on the lookout for quality foliage. The shop was fairly busy (Friday lunchtime) but the amazing staff member working inside took an incredible amount of time out to help me choose something that would look and smell great, and last a long time too. Lots of shops aren't that bothered about attention to detail, but Jazz flowers was absolutely immaculate - like, noticeably so. The displays were all fresh and aligned on their little pedestals (something the inner neat-freak in me appreciated!) with mathematical precision. Only found out afterwards that the lady who helped me and made up my order was the actual owner! In a time when more and more businesses seem to be putting profit over service and product, it was so lovely to find an independent establishment that cared so much about, not only their craft and artistry, but their customers too. Absolutely and unreservedly fantastic.
