Ordered some flowers, compost and plants over lockdown, as couldn't really get out and wanted to be cheered up a bit, I was really surprised by how fresh everything was, glowing green and very very healthy! We had the most wonderful professional service from Karen Woolven for our wedding flowers recently. We had a fairly fixed idea of what we wanted for the bouquets and decorative flowers, which Karen not only provided but also improved upon with both consideration and imagination. We even threw additional (non-flower) decorations at her and she took it all on, making the venue look more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. On the day of the wedding she personally brought the bouquets and buttonholes to our hotel room. An all-round fantastic service - thank you!

Karen and her team provided my wedding flowers. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, just the colours but Karen had so many great ideas she made it very easy to decide. I must admit I did kind of leave it all to Karen to come up with the designs and flowers to be used but on the day I wasn't disappointed. I can't fault the whole experience from consultation to the actual day. The flowers were beautiful and everyone commented how my bouquet complimented my dress and the reception flowers perfectly. When I'm in Greenwich I always visit her shop. It's so lovely and she doesn't just sell flowers, there are always lots of lovely little things to buy as gifts or for your home. Well worth a visit!

Our Grade I listed building provided us with a list of vendors we were allowed to choose from and once we realised Karen Woolven Flowers is the same one that does the awesome Christmas window, we were sold. Upon our meeting we were delighted to find that Karen was really down to earth and friendly. She is also super efficient, we had one meeting to discuss what ideas we had and our budget and exchanged a few emails and that was it. The venue was beautifully decorated with loads of orchids in lovely pots. The buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen were so lovely and the bouquets for myself, bridesmaids, and flower girls were insanely pretty. Thank you to Jackie who was in charge of some of the work too, the flowers were everything I could have dreamed of and more!

Fantastic local florist that doesn't deserve the low rating it has here. Karen Woolven did the flowers for my mother's funeral. Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and trying to organise a funeral for the first time, I called Karen unsure even of what to say or ask for. She calmly and kindly talked me through the options, and it was all organised after no more than 5 mins on the phone. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and certainly reasonably priced. I think it is a real shame that this florist has such a low rating because of one unsatisfied customer. I highly recommend it.

Really friendly and helpful, happy to explain how to care for different plants and suggest things that would work in different conditions eg. Direct sunlight. Plants very reasonably priced. Flowers always look beautiful but I've only bought plants there so not sure of flower prices.

I always use Karen Woolven. Staff are always so warm and helpful. I bought a wreath over the weekend and I love it. Looks stunning on my front door. Would highly recommend them.
