B. H.If you want bespoke, beautiful, creative, seasonal flowers for your wedding - book Not Salad!!!! Debz was a true joy to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Very soon after we got engaged we reached out to the wondrous Not Salad, whose bouquets we'd come across locally and were unlike anything we'd seen before - they are so innovative and colourful. It was super important to us to create a wedding day that was truly creative and not off a menu and Debz made this not only possible but super easy and fun! Working with Debz was a true joy, I could not have asked for more, and I'm probably not the easiest client either. Having Debz present during our setup was also seamless, she dealt with any issues that came up discreetly and seemed completely in control. The florals on the day itself were out of this world, completely and utterly bringing to life the vision I gave to Debz during our first meeting and more. They transformed the look of our wedding yet blended into the natural elements of our farm venue perfectly. They were fun and elegant. She supported us with navigating our budget, coming up with solutions and was even able to incorporate flowers from family friends that we gave to her impromptu on the day before. Book Not Salad, you will not regret it.
