This company saved my Xmas… I forgot to order a Funeral tribute for Nan… at the last hour they produced the most fabulous arrangement… delivered as promised… can not recommend Online Flowers enough…. Simply stunning flowers xx thank u

Was totally let down by another company Sendfuneralflowers. The wreath was a no show. Terrible! However Rachel from this company was absolutely outstanding. She was reassuring, helpful and very understanding as to what I needed to send. Perfect service. I shall use her again! How she did it with no time to spare before the funeral started, I do not know. Can't thank her enough.

Extremely pleased. Same day delivery on Valentines day, of a dozen red roses, only ordered late morning that day. They are just starting to wilt over 2 weeks later. Thank you.

I ordered flowers yesterday with a promised delivery of yesterday. The only reason for ordering was due to this guaranteed delivery slot. The flowers didn't arrive and despite being legally able to expect a refund due to this company's non fulfilment of their contractual agreement the gentleman I spoke to advised no refund would be due. £48 for no flowers! I will be taking this further as I know I'm due a full refund. UPDATE: Today I have been refunded the money paid. I am therefore changing my rating to reflect this.

I am so happy with the selection off flowers 💐 i got shown on request, i also am very happy at the promptness from messages to deciding what flowers to choose.. i absolutely would recommend to anyone as the flower arrangements are amaizing... very nice helpful woman that dealt with my order... her name is Rachel very very helpful.. couldn't have gone to a better florist, definitely will be using again in near future and reccomending to family and relatives... once again many thanks.... I needed a wreath for an aunties funeral.And I had been let down by a florist who said they could not deliver due to her funeral being the day after the bank holiday.This online company got it there for the day of the funeral without hesitation.Rachel I spoke to ,to arrange this was outstanding!Went well out of her way to make sure the wreath was beautiful.A lot of work put into Ito it .Would very highly recommend and my first choice of ordering again.Stunning wreath.exquisite colours!
