Had never used this company before, but can honestly say I received excellent communication, great service and wonderful flowers. Having ordered via phone, the florist dealing with the flowers rang me the next day and went through my order with me again. We discussed any special requirements, confirmed the date, time and place of the funeral and the name of the undertakers dealing with the arrangements. On the day of the funeral, I really was delighted with the flowers, the colours and the presentation. I would definitely use this company again as I could not fault the service I received. Very friendly staff - cannot recommend Redwoods florist enough. Thank you again.

Received flowers from my S.O and the flowers are so beautiful, lovely arrangement! The service is brilliant, I missed the delivery on the day it was supposed to come but Redwoods Florists called up and arranged the next day. Delivery came early morning. No complications and no faffle!
