Lovely florist, Raymond and the staff were very helpful, I had asked Raymond to create the Maltese cross with the traditional red and white flowers which he did beautifully. I recently needed to make an urgent order for a Birthday bouquet. I started the order process online but had a query and had to ring the shop. I dealt with "Raymond" who was friendly and helpful. The website was extremely easy to use. I ordered the "Vibrant" Birthday bouquet. Bearing in mind I made my order after 12pm, and that we are in the middle of the corona virus and all the restrictions imposed because of that, the order was delivered before 5pm THE SAME DAY! I cannot stress how impressed I am. The recipient sent me a picture of her bouquet and it was beautiful. Very good value for money and excellent service . I wish more "community" businesses were as professional. I personally hate "gushy" reviews and tend not to believe them but every "compliment" in this review is well earned and deserved. I would not hesitate to use them again nor recommend them. Best local "community" business (apart from my hairdresser) ever!

Very professional service. Beautiful flowers and handled our personalisation requests very well. I used Sunflowers for a heart shaped tribute for my cousin's funeral. Not being local I had to order over the phone. The man I spoke to was very professional, friendly and helpful. The tribute was lovely. I did order pink flowers for the accent colour as that was my cousin's favourite colour. Instead it was made with all white flowers but it did look really beautiful.

Sunflowers arranged flowers for my wedding and I was impressed with the customer service. Great care was taken in going through what my wife wanted and the church was decorated beautifully. Many people commented on how well the church was decorated. The wedding cake was also well decorated which also greatly added to the ambience of the day. I would highly recommend Sunflowers without any hesitation as they go out of their way to ensure that I am satisfied as a customer. I was impressed by Raymond from my very first order some years ago as he went out of his way to deliver flowers to my mother although it was a Sunday and the shop was closed. The best Floral Service that I have used;from my first order early last year.I was so delighted with the arrangement from a very short brief of my floral likes , that I have placed monthly home deliveries orders. They are very friendly at Sunflowers florist. The flowers are beautiful and they did posies, wreaths, pillows, crosses and the letters for my mum's funeral so well all at an amazing price. There were no withered flowers and everything was delivered to the funeral directors, social hall and church in good time. Flowers are still fresh on Saturday even though the funeral was on Wednesday. Today I have ordered sympathy flowers for my neighbour over the telephone and was able to choose what I wanted and have same day delivery all for £25. This is a personal service, not faceless and this florist does take care to provide an excellent finished product. A very wide selection of flowers to choose from and open when they say they are, unlike a few florists. I will recommend Sunflower to all. Even better if you call direct than order online through a third party such as interflora as you get a better deal direct with the florist.

Raymond was wonderfully attentive and understanding from the first moment I sat down to talk about my thoughts on flowers for my wedding. It was a reasonably low budget wedding and although I ended up spending more than I had budgeted (always the case in these situations I'm sure!), Raymond was not pushy and simply made sure that all the options were offered to me in order to get the kind of look I wanted and I did not regret it at all. He had a real sense of what I needed - simple and classy. I also changed my mind a few times about different aspects and he was very patient! A great service altogether.

Yesterday i had ordered Valentines flowers from Apple Yard with guaranteed before 3pm delivery. The flowers still hadn't arrived by 4pm and they had no idea when they would arrive. I called Sunflowers Florist - they made a bouquet and delivered to my girlfriend within 1.5 hours - therefore saving my bacon! Not only is this amazing service, when the Apple Yard flowers did eventually arrive at 7pm the flowers from sunflowers florist were much much better (i paid roughly the same amount for both). In the future i would 100% recommend these guys. My only regret is that i did not support my local florist form the start. lesson learned. Thank you Sunflower Florists - i owe you one ;)

I bought a 4 red roses for my husbands birthday on the actual day. He was extremely grateful until...about the third day when the flowers began to wilt : (. I'd returned to the shop, told them of my misfortune and was given another bunch of 4 roses, this time in plastic tubes of water! I'm happy to say the roses lasted not just a week, but close to 2 weeks!! I am not usually a person to leave reviews but I am filled with so much happiness and excitement with in me, my wedding day was on 30th July 2016 this year and I had the biggest wedding ever, I had 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen and 12 ushers and 1 flower girl and 3 page boys and 170 seated guests and 500 more guest for the evening reception, as you can see a lot of flowers was needed, I was highly recommended to go into sunflower florist as the staff are known to create great work and are willing to help in all angles. I had a free consultation and the owner knew exactly want I was looking for I felt like he knew me and was in my mind and saw what I was picturing, he also asked me about the planning and who's setting up the hall and from what the theme is, he even gave me words of encouragement, I felt more less stressed after sharing my ideas with him , I knew I could trust him , he even offered to help set up my venue I was in shock as he was willing to help with things that is not his area of work, I was so happy He done everything for me I never had to look for a wedding organiser, he took so much load off me . On the day of the wedding he delivered the bouquets to where I was getting ready with my bridesmaids , I couldn't stop crying I was so happy with the way they all looked that I couldn't wait to see the venue, centre pieces and the church arrangements, when I walked in to the church my jaw dropped and nuffin but tears of joy to not only to see my husband to be but the way the church looked I felt like a princess everything was put together perfectly. Then when I went to the venue the word I could only say is OMG , WOW the centre pieces was stunning sooo beautiful I never wanted no one to touch them that's how much I loved them. They lasted for the whole days , they stand fresh and bright and we gave the flowers as gifts to the parents and grandparents and the helpers and they even said the flower lasted for 2weeks after the wedding day. I would just like to say a big massive thank you to the Sunflower Florist Team you all did a amazing job and I couldn't of picked anyone better because of you all, You made not only my husband and I, dream and wishes of how our wedding should look come true , You have made our wedding complete and I will always remember the help and had work you put into our wedding Thank you so much From Mr & Mrs Smith
