She really listened to me and delivered a stunning bouquet, which was individual and exactly what I wanted. The blooms are well chosen, in fantastic condition and will give solace for a good while. The greenery is really thoughtfully used too. The arrangement is beautiful. I'd contacted two more 'boutiquey' shops before I found Ruth, and hadn't found the warm and personal approach that I was looking for.
