Warm, welcoming and friendly staff who were able to make my beautiful Christmas wreath, same day, in my chosen colour (copper) which way exceeded my expectations. My husband and I celebrated my birthday with a night out in Newcastle. When we got into the hotel room there was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, ordered from 5th avenue. They absolutely blew me away. I would highly recommend anyone to order flowers from here.

Originally I gave a 1 star review. However this morning, exactly 1 week after my Birthday, I received an unexpected phone call from 5th Avenue Flowers. They let me know that the driver had come with a replacement bouquet of flowers for me. This was completely out of the blue and very unexpected! The new flowers I received are extremely fresh and the arrangement is fantastic. I think the customer service really is second to none. Very happy and thankful customer. Original post : The stems for my roses turned black ( or were already black) and the whole flower head fell off after 3 days. I read online that it has something to do with fungi and improper flower management during growth. The foliage had also sagged and shrivelled in places. It's been barely a week and my birthday bouquet is gone. Feeling so disappointed.

Popped down Monday morning to get some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Julie, who was on secondment from their Newcastle shop was extremely helpful and put together a lovely bouquet from my budgeted spend. Selected, pruned, wrapped and boxed to perfection. My brother in law sent some flowers interflora for my mum they were amazing and so beautifully arranged. Lots of selection and amazing colours. Come in a beautiful box and had a vase with them. Would highly recommend 5th Avenue florists.

5 bouquets of flowers for my lady guests at a Civic Hall function in April 2017. Delivered on the day and were beyond what I had expected. All bright colourful flowers in sturdy holders. All who received them were very impressed at the size and selection. Already used this shop again for friends birthday in May.

I came across fifth avenue from using an online service and the bouquet was spectacular, so I started using them direct which made more sense. Opening hours on Google listed this place to close at 5pm on a Sunday. Arrived at 4:30 to find it closed. Very disappointed as looks to have a fantastic choice inside just a shame the Google directory has not been kept up to date.
