From the exceptional staff, the high quality and easy to use website down to the incredible creativity and elegance of their floral arrangements, this is my favourite florist by far. You buy flowers from here and you'll wonder why you bought them from anywhere else. For those of you mailing half dead flowers through someones letterbox they need to assemble and resuscitate? Brilliant. My sister sent me some lovely roses which arrived from Welch florists. They are in perfect condition, lasting really well, and the roses are lovely and very big. The flowers came with a little instruction leaflet for making them last, two sachets of flower food, a little card that had the handwritten name of the person who had made the bouquet, and a business card for keeping. Really impressed and will only be using them from now on.

When I collected the bouquet, there were no lilies. However, the shop took full responsibility and delivered a bouquet of lilies to my place.
