I've been going to Whittington's Norwich (was AGM) for 17 years now and always come out with more than I went in for as everything always looks so beautiful that I can't resist them! The staff are all hard working, lovely friendly people that will help you with whatever you need as they are interested in doing the best for their customers! Highly recommended for everything floral, events, crafting and irresistible pretty things 🥰

Me and my Grandma have been visiting this wonderful place for many years and have never been disappointed. Wonderful friendly staff who are always helpful and happy to chat. It's not just wedding items there's lots of lovely items. We love going at Christmas as there Christmas items are beautiful. I highly recommend this shop. Xx

When I first called the staff was very good, they where patient & looked up lots of details I requested. When I went to the shop,the fantastic customer service continued; staff was at hand throughout,everyone was knowledgeable & very helpful. They even wrapt some purchases as gifts, using theire own initiative. I cant praise the shop & all its staff enough& highly recommend them. Many thanks for such fantastic care.
