Fantastic memorable experience and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tui is a wonderful host and got everyone involved in making the most delicious dishes. We learnt loads and will definitely try to make the dishes of the day at home using the recipe cards we were given. Worth every penny and we can’t recommend the cooking class highly enough. An absolutely unforgettable experience! Tui is a master chef when it comes to cooking Thai dishes and makes you feel welcome and at ease no matter what level of culinary skills you may possess. Not only did I obtain recipes, knowledge and the know how of how to prepare and cook Thai cuisine, I also made some lasting friendships with my other ‘classmates’ and Tui herself, backed by priceless memories which will be remembered for years to come! Don’t just read about it, do it! Highly recommended, you won’t regret it!

Received a voucher for my birthday and so glad I did. Tui is fabulous! Friendly and welcoming and the afternoon was very interactive, and the food!!! If you like cooking and love Thai food, give it a try. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. I thoroughly recommend it and will try it again soon, maybe book as a private group(6) next time . I can’t recommend a day cooking with Tui enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome, Tui is an incredible host and an amazing chef, the dishes we cooked were all varied and Tui went into great detail step by step for each individual recipe. After cooking our meals we had the pleasure of sitting down and tasting the amazing food we had all created and getting to know the other groups that attended on the day. What an excellent time had at Tui's Thai cooking class. Fantastic fun to make, eat and takeway the lovely Thai food. We made Penang curry, Pad Thai, king prawn with chilli and basil leaf, and fishcakes in Tui's kitchen. I would strongly recommend contacting Tui if you would like to develop your Thai cooking skills.

You won’t regret it! Tui’s Thai cooking course was absolutely wonderful. The day was really enjoyable from start to finish. We arrived at the fab rectory location, on first impressions the venue itself is stunning. We were greeted and escorted to the back garden through the gorgeous rectory. It was raining as we arrived and our greeter kindly provided a large umbrella to use until we reached the covered outdoor area where the course was held. A short time later the sun emerged which just added a bit more joy to the day. The course itself was fab, Tui is a subject matter expert. There were so many fresh ingredients and learning to put them together to make amazing Thai dishes was great. The food tasted incredible and it was lovely to enjoy it while chatting to other attendees and Tui herself. The customer service we experienced was really first class. Tui holds the course in her beautiful home and whilst we rested between courses we chatted and got time to enjoy the stunning gardens of the rectory. We would highly recommend attending this course to anyone. Its a really nice experience and lovely way to socialise and learn morel about Thai food in a friendly environment. Chris & Sarah

Booked myself and a friend a place on Tuis Thai cooking course as a birthday pressie. Was such an enjoyable day, really relaxed, lovely atmosphere in wonderful garden, felt like being on the great British bake off with the marquees and cooking stoves. It was so interesting to learn about the ingredients and preparation involved, Tui is very passionate about her food, which makes the day so much more fascinating and engaging, but not overly complex so anyone could get involved and enjoy making their own Thai food during the day. I was amazed at how the food tasted, so fresh, light and nothing like you expect. All the equipment and ingredients were provided, so no worry about supplying your own, simply turn up and get on with the course. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning something new, it’s simple, professionally organised and fun. Lots of food to eat during the day and take home afterwards. I have been to Tui's Thai cooking classes and recently had take away from her too. She is a lovely friendly person who is very keen to share her knowledge and skills with everyone. She teaches both individuals and small groups. I would highly recommend her classes if you'd like to know more about making authentic Thai food. Everything is made from scratch and she provides details for you to take home, along with what you have cooked. If there are particular things you want to learn she will tailor the classes so that you get the most out of them. Highly recommended! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely loved our Day cooking real authentic Thai food with Tui. 6 of us went as a birthday present to me and it was fantastic! The venue at the Rectory is beautiful, Tui teaches in her huge country style kitchen. Everyone had a station around the central isle with their own myriad of wonderful ingredients and we all collaborated on every dish. Tui is a brilliant teacher, warm with a lovely sense of humour and we had lots of fun and laughter with her. During the day you break to sit in the dining room to eat the sensational dishes you have helped to create. It was my birthday so there was lots of Sparkling wine and beers consumed too, possibly a few to many but what a great day we had!

If you love Thai food this cooking experience is a must. We had a brilliant time, in good company, from start to finish with TUI and her nephew. I learned about new ingredients I never knew was used in Thai cooking. And came away feeling inspired and suitably full after cooking four different dishes, with plenty of leftovers too!

It's incredible how much flavour each dish has and really great to be taught how the ingredients combine and what effects they have on the overall outcome. I can't wait to replicate them at home! I must also mention what a wonderful setting Tui has made for the classes. Clearly a lot of preparation goes in behind the scenes and it certainly elevates the experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants to cook Thai food authentically!
