I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for my Mum and this is what she emailed me “ I am so lucky ! Outside in the garden a pristine little van drew up to deliver a beautiful , colourful bunch of flowers. ( delivery man had a great big smile also when he saw me), they are beautiful “

We phoned the florists shop from our home in Australia, the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly, we forgot to leave names on the card and they sent us an Email for the information. We heard from the recipient how great the flowers were and then an Email from the florist confirming they had been delivered.

I've bought from this florist in person before as I live nearby, and have always been really impressed. They also introduced me to St Eval's candles which are gorgeous. I wanted to order some flowers for my mum recently and needed them to be delivered, so I thought I'd try ordering online from here for the first time. I'm so pleased with the process and results. Ordering online and scheduling delivery was really straightforward, even on my mobile phone, though it was hard to choose from all the beautiful options! I eventually chose the Dockgate bouquet. They arrived on the day as planned and my mum was really pleased with them. As much as I love the online florists that deliver 'flat packed' bouquets, there's just something so exciting about a super fresh and nicely arranged bouquet turning up. Mum sent me a photo and I was really chuffed with how they looked as well. Thanks so much!

I wish to say a very big thank you to the girls in the Flower Shop at Bassett for such a wonderful job that they made on a display for my trade stand at the recent Romsey Show. I had many people stop to look at it whilst taking it to the show and once I got to my stand during the day I received many nice comments about the display, it was far beyond what I had expected. It's nearly three weeks since and they are just starting to discolour now, I wish I could have the display every week in my hall way as several people have visited and been impressed. I have found the staff very accomodating , offering helpful suggestions if you arnt sure about certain flowers or plants, which I have always found fresh and healthy, so last a long time.
