I cannot recommend Somerset Blooms enough! They managed to turn a super last minute order round in record time and were even able to do a delivery on Sunday - unlike some bigger florists. Natalie was able to create such a beautiful hat box for my aunts birthday, which she adored!

Received a hat box I ordered for a 60th birthday this morning and I'm really impressed with the professional quality and design. Communication was fantastic throughout with suggestions for types of hat boxes available before ordering. I was kept informed during the process of putting it together right up until this morning with pictures of the finished hatbox pre delivery. The birthday girl was so happy with this surprise. Excellent flowers from someone who is clearly creative and takes pride in their work. Will definitely have Somerset Blooms in mind for future occasions or gifts.

What can i say about Nat, from start to finish she was professional, reliable and generous. She communicated with me throughout, on every aspect and involved me in the planning and construction process. I have had 2 flower hat boxes off Nat and they have both been beautiful, especially the 1 she recently made for my daughters 21st birthday which was extra special and so pretty. Amazing flowers. Bought for my aunts funeral - casket spray and 2 bouquets. Lots of positive comments, lovely bright colours. My aunt would have loved them. The bouquets were left out of a vase for about 4 days and they are still looking amazing a week later. I highly recommend Somerset Blooms. You will get a personal, friendly and professional service.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary and I didn't have a specific type of flower in mind. I was contacted a few days before to advise that the flowers would be delivered on the day requested and given a time slot and that I would be contacted on the day. On the morning of delivery I was sent a photograph and video of the flowers. I was amazed on how good they looked. The flowers were delivered and they were stunning, even better than the photo and video. My wife was so made up with them, as was I!
