The best florist in York !! Just recently got married and the flowers were amazing !! All aspects of the process were done to a very high standard , from to ordering to getting them there to the venue all perfect !! The florist took time to get to know exactly what I wanted Evan ordering in the flowers before hand for me to check colours , which as a bride set my nerves at bay . My shower bouquet was out of this world !! Would recommend this florist to everyone!! Thank you so much Victoria and John and all the team !! from mr and mrs Higgs

The bouquet that arrived was beautiful. However one stem of flowers was broken where it had been tied. Within a couple of days the tulips had wilted and flopped. I rang and was told a replacement would be sent. Two days later the replacement flowers arrived. Literally the replacement of the flowers that had died. Surely the whole bouquet should have been replaced, not just the flowers that had died. The bouquet is now a mixture of five day old flowers and fresh flowers. Poor customer service which is a shame as the flowers are lovely. I am updating this review and increasing it from a 3*to a 5*. I am still disappointed as I have mentioned above but actually the rating for the flowers is worth 5* The flowers are nearly one week old and still look lovely. U

Had these made at Patricia mays and picked up today the heart is beautiful and the roses in the heart are like velvet 2 beautiful roses in a spray for my dad as a year today he went to sleep lovely staff and very caring and friendly staff

Patricia May took a call from me ordering flowers for my wife's 60th birthday. It was also Mother's Day weekend and a couple of other florists I tried said that their order books were full and they couldn't help. The man on the end of the phone took my order like it was no problem at all to them despite being a busy weekend. I just told him the colours I wanted and the restaurant I wanted them delivered to. They did the rest, and what a fantastic job they made of it. My wife burst into tears of delight when we arrived at the restaurant and she found them on our table. In future I shall be going straight to Patricia May - great service, no drama. Thankyou.

A week ago I had some flowers delivered from Patricia May for my daughters funeral. When I ordered them the week before, the service was excellent and second to none. The flowers when they arrived were fantastic and everyone commented how beautiful they were. I chose bright colours and the large spray, heart and letters I chose were absolutely fabulous. A week later then are still looking great and I think they will last at least another week, so the Patricia May florist comes very highly recommended by me. Oh and the prices were a lot more reasonable than I thought they would be! Also, the photo I have uploaded is a week after they were delivered.

Just popped in for a last minute bouquet for my mums birthday, served by a lovely helpful gentleman and left with a beautiful bunch of flowers with only 30 minutes notice. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend!

We recently received a beautiful hand tied bouquet from Patricia May. Our friends in Wales had arranged this gift through interflora. The bouquet was in water and standing in a box to keep it upright and came with instructions and two lots of food. Absolutely perfect service.

The people working here are really nice and the flowers here are top quality. Everything is done with class and there's always a great range to choose from. You can choose from pre-arranged bouquets or have them prepare one for you, and the shop is linked to Interflora so you can order to collect via that. It is quite expensive.

Services rendered online... And how lucky was I, I accidentally entered the funeral time 4 hrs after! ... It's so great they called the funeral home to confirm the time... I did realize my mistake before the delivery, but what if I didn't... The "white superior wreath" I ordered were told was incredible, so nice it became the main decor, I only wish I saw a picture of it... Would've been a great personal touch if the store send me a pre delivery pic... Regardless they've saved my day so I'm truly grateful
