Wonderful desk in terms of design and structure. And construction/assembling was challenging but very clear instructions and no parts missing. Why the 3 star? The finish lets it down. I have a Clifton L-shaped, and within 2/3 weeks tiny bits of the oak finish are coming off. The product is too expensive and actually too good to be let down by this poor cosmetic finish.

Amazing customer service from Teknik. Upon purchasing a swivel chair I had a problem with the center alignment as it kept touching the ground so I had no choice but to dismantle the parts however the gas lift was stuck in the tube so I decided to contact Teknik themselves and they agreed to send me the replacement parts free of charge. I now have a working chair courtesy of the company's will to look after their customers. Recommend Teknik all the way and btw, the chair is really comfy for the long hours I spend WFH.

I ordered the Teknik Streamline L-shaped desk through Currys and after Currys failed to deliver and I couldn't contact them, I contacted Teknik directly. Teknik were superb, quickly dispatching my delivery and arriving before the earliest date they initially suggested. The customer service at every stage was superb. Assembly was quick and easy as the instructions are excellent. The desk itself is more beautiful and solid than I could have hoped; I would recommend this desk to anyone.

we bought a really nice office chair from them and, during assembly, one of the screws went into the base and somehow cross-threaded and got stuck. I called customer service, and they immediately sent out a whole replacement base and new nuts, bolts etc. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff always available for questions. We since needed a another spare part due to accidental pet-related damage and again they were awesome and were able to dispatch the replacement part right away. My teknik office chair is going on 10 years old and has been bashed around a bit and one part had broken so i emailed the customer care team asking for some prices for spares in order to revive my chair. Kat in the customer care team helped me with the exact right parts and once we had those I was ready to pay. Kat emailed me and offered the parts for free so long as i covered the shipping costs. Fantastic customer services.
Called to see if I could purchase a replacement gas strut for an office chair. Spoke with Mark who checked how old the chair was and informed me that they could send a free replacement out, just email Customer Services and they will sort everything out.
Two days later the replacement part arrived in the post.

I am so very pleased with the service I received from this company. I have just bought my third Kneel chair as they are so good. However the cushions my on my original chair, which I have had for a few years, needed replacing. I contacted the company to see if it was possible to replace them. They gave the colour options and said they would be dispatched as soon as they had received payment. The cushions arrived the very next day. I should have asked for the screws at the same time as the originals had got lost when we moved house. When I requested them, they were sent the same day and arrived the following day, free of charge.
Kat was the lady who dealt with my request and I have to say the service I received was second to none. A brilliant company with brilliant staff.

I purchased a Teknik office chair from Wayfair. Unfortunately when the chair arrived a part was broken. As it was the last in stock they offered a refund and told me to dispose of it. Quantum Executive Office Chair, Black Frame. - I had purchased this chair two weeks ago. This might look like/or be a replica of... the Herman Miller Embody, some might say it dares to be something it is not. However with further inspection; this chair has its own unique features and identity of its own. With a premium build for such a well rounded budget friendly price, to its adjustability of the armrests and to the ever so awesome automatic weight tension control, this chair really is a beauty.
First of all, I'll dive right into the mesh of the seat / backrest: there are two layers of different mesh components - the first layer of mesh is a fine mesh that hides under the outer layer that you can't see through (you can visibly see this from the back of the chair), then you have the outer layer of mesh that you'll lye up against - this is a thick mesh. Upon sitting on it, there seems to be a sponge like component in between these two layers of mesh. My point is that for a mesh chair, this is surprisingly 'cushion' - with decent depth - which is awesome.
I'm 5ft 10inches, 11.5 Stone, The automatic weight tension control is perfect for me - It's what controls the backrest when you put your weight up against it. It flows back with a not so loose or tight resistance which is to my personal preference. The armrests have decent leather cushion which I didn't expect. The seat mesh also has plenty of depth with a nice smooth waterfall edge which gets bonus points for me.
To summon a verdict, this chair is highly durable with its thick supportive layers of mesh, to its aluminium frame. The design of the chair has clearly been logically thought out and not copied and pasted like any typical mesh chair you'd see on the internet.
I contacted the company via Email for Queries and got a response instantly. The chair also arrived prematurely to the expected delivery date - they must have sent the chair on a Private Jet-plane and landed it outside my house.
I could review this chair some more as I sit here comfortably on it just begging for a reason to sit on it longer as I write this review... but it's about time I lye back and reap the benefits of it upon my purchase and visualise the constellation of the stars and the orientation of the planets in the universe because this chair is simply out of this world.

I purchased a heavy Duty Chair via this company in Jan 2018 . This month I had a problem when one of the castor wheels broke away from the legs. This was obviously a problem with the weld on the legs. I contacted Kat at Teknik Customer care and reported the fault, I had sent pictures of the break. Kat arranged ,that day, for a replacement set of legs and castors to be sent to me. These arrived within 48hrs and the matter was resolved. Milan Blue Fabric Office Chair. I have had this chair just under a month at the time of this review so can't comment on wearablity yet. When purchased it ended up being delivered to us which was a nice surprise as the shop we purchased from said we would have to collect from them. There was a small hole in the fabric on the rear of the back beside the stitching. I emailed a couple of photos to Teknik on 22nd Nov, had a quick reply from Kat. I had a new back delivered to me on Saturday 24th, EXCELLENT. Thank you Kat & Co. The chair is comfortable and being fabric you don't get sweaty where you shouldn't get sweaty!!!
I recommend this chair to you, at the moment.

I own a great comfortable 'Teknik Goliath Executive Chair' which after a year has developed a problem with the base plate. I contacted Teknik Customer Services via e-mail (who replied almost instantly). Suzy was really helpful and asked for a couple of photos to demonstrate the problem. Despite being outside the guarantee period she dispatched a replacement unit to me arriving the next morning. This is a prime example of how pleasant and helpful Customer Services should be - a truly great service!

I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from Nic, Mark and the staff at Teknik. I ordered a chair via Currys and after a week of waiting and no communication from Currys I contacted Teknik directly for assistance. The Teknik staff were understanding and beyond helpful. They located my order and recognised the failings in the service I'd received up to that point Teknik helped me to work around the poor service of Currys and progressed a second order via another retailer meaning I received the very same chair the next day. Absolutely wonderful service. I bought an office chair a few years ago (which has been great) but unfortunately a caster recently snapped off. I called Teknik who answered the phone immediately and after sending them a photo of my chair they put a complete set of new casters in the post which arrived today. 5 mins to change the casters and I'm good again for years. Outstanding customer service which supports outstanding products. I recently contacted Teknik Customer Service regarding my beloved 5 year old Teknik office chair (the Cobham OA1013) because the gas lift canister needed replacing and it was proving impossible to remove. I asked for some advice or, if all else failed, if it was possible to purchase the parts I would need to replace to get the chair back in service. I received an emailed reply within hours offering me all that I needed to restore my chair, to be couriered to me FoC by the next working day.

Had a broken castor on my 4 year old chair. It was built particularly for obese users and it has been absolutely brilliant! BUT today a castor broke so I phoned Teknik who immediately agreed to send me a replacement FOC as a gesture of goodwill and they have since already advised me it will be in tonight's post 1st class. Some days ago a castor broke on my Goliath chair. I emailed Teknik Customer Services asking if they could supply a replacement. Teknik (Kat) replied promptly and very pleasantly, saying that if I let them have my address they would issue a replacement.
