To be honest, I rarely write reviews... but then there's the exception where I have to give credit where credit is due. I was looking for office furniture as we were expanding our office to accommodate new staff. I decided to go to Desk Warehouse in Belfast as I have purchased office furniture before and found them professional, reliable and great value for what I had purchased. When I visited their new showroom, I was surprised at the levels of stock on display to chose from and the friendly staff (Duncan and Allister) helped me with what I was looking for. (I hate buying from catalogues) Not only did they help me with my furniture, Duncan also visited our office to ensure what we ordered would fit. Their service is second to none and I have recommended Desk Warehouse to several of businesses as they superb to deal with. Keep up the great work guys.

After a year using my kitchen table as my 'office' I decided I needed to set up a proper work area at home, I cleared out the spare bedroom and started looking online for furniture. My back has give me problems in recent times, so not wanting to waste money on a chair I hadn't tested, I took a trip to Desk warehouse in Belfast, and WOW, the choice was unbelievable, the showroom ( or showrooms I should say) was enormous, and the friendliness and expertise of the staff was second to none. I purchased a chair that was perfect for my back, a desk, a small filing system and even got a few retro prints to hang on the walls. I was also given a choice of delivery dates and times to suit myself. All I need to do now to complete my office is find a good painter that will decorate the room to finish off my professional work environment. Well done Desk warehouse, will definitely recommend you.

We have bought a lot of products from Desk Warehouse in Belfast. This included boardroom tables, desks, chairs, office storage and custom made room dividers. Their service is very good - products are all delivered and built/installed for you. The service is fairly quick as they have most items in stock. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly - I would highly recommend. New showrooms are worth a visit also.

Having to work from home during the lockdowns, we decided to turn a spare bedroom into a home office. The first time around, we did the chairs on a budget... Amazon specials. A swivel chair, after all, is just a swivel chair. The first week, it was fine, but then the "memory foam" began to lose its memory. Within three months, I had the equivalent of a plastic swivel chair, and spending 8-10 hours a day in the seat became a little more than uncomfortable... A visit to the Desk Warehouse to get an "executive chair" was recommended by a colleague. Having been warmly welcomed to the new showrooms by Alistair, he passed me onto Duncan, who then set about to find out how the chair would be used. "Sitting" wasn't the answer he was looking for. I ended up with a mesh back, lumbar support, armrests, posture correcting chair, for much less than the "executive chairs" being sold online, and better for me too. First class service and experience all around from the guys at Desk Warehouse.

No ordering office furniture from a catalogue with Desk Warehouse you can try before you buy as the items are in their E Belfast warehouse. I had a fantastic experience with the Desk Warehouse! I had just had a failed delivery from a company in England and was really eager to get a desk quickly. Duncan from the Desk Warehouse was brilliant over the phone, and managed to arrange the order very quickly. The delivery guys came the very next day and were careful and professional - they not only carried the desk parts upstairs without causing any marks or damage to the walls (unheard of for delivery people in our house so far), but they also assembled the desk perfectly in record time. Lovely to do business with this company!

We've used Desk Warehouse for nearly 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Allister has always gone the extra mile for us and Duncan continues to be a really excellent point of contact. In 2015 he oversaw all of the furniture install of our new office building and when we visited today for more furniture, he was as usual extremely friendly and helpful. I have bought bits and pieces of office furniture and equipment from Desk Warehouse over the years, some new and some that have been recycled. Bearing in mind the office remaindering and clearance market from which they sometimes source their goods that includes unsold goods and fire and water damaged clearances, you will always find perfectly servicable desks, chairs, filing cabinets etc, that can suit a modest budget. Don't expect a high end office showroom when you visit and you may have to root around for things, but I have yet to come away disappointed. The guys are also very friendly and deliver anywhere in the greater Belfast area.
