Absolutely amazing customer service; Jenni was exceptional! We went in to buy dining room chairs and she was so friendly and informative. Then when we have a change of heart about our order, she couldn’t have been more helpful; She changed our order to the chairs we ended up deciding on and was lovely about it, nothing was too much trouble! I would honestly suggest thinking twice before buying anything from here. The customer service is extremely poor. We have repeatedly had no or minimal response from the customer care team in a likely effort to delay a return, which we are entitled to 14 days after delivery, having bought over the phone (same as online) and items in their original packaging. We even rang Consumer Line who agreed with our position and have advised us to pursue the return. They seem reluctant to accept any returns in any case, putting measures in place to make it extremely difficult. We have a new house to furnish and would have been very happy with a credit note because they have some lovely items. Unfortunately, when something isn’t right it should not be this difficult to rectify and so puts you off buying big household items here. Sadly we have learned our lesson and will be recommending friends and family not to purchase from here in future. UPDATE: Adrian reached out to us from the a customer care team. He was efficient and quick to respond. We have been issued with a full and timely refund as well and our items were collected from our home on time. We were advised that staff had been re-educated on their Terms and Conditions and are satisfied with the final outcome. Thank you, Adrian.

Visited Holywood Exchange branch for bedroom furniture. Found 'Donna Thompson' to be very helpful and gave a lot of her time. She had good knowledge with regard to mattress choices, which helped in making an informed decision and overall answered any queries. We had a great experience choosing a new mattress for my dad. Donna looked after us, and explained the benefits and quality of the brand we were looking at. After making our own desision, the payment process and organisation of delivery went smoothly. 4-5 weeks for delivery so I am trusting that the delivery experience will match the in-store experience.

Exceptional customer service. This was the first time using this company and my experience was so good I returned one week later and made further purchases. The reason?? Exceptional customer service from Phil Branigan from the Hollywood Branch. He was superb - good old fashioned customer service! Nothing was too much bother. We were greeted with a big smile and were taken around the store with Phil showing us our options. Whilst both visits were on a Saturday we were never made to feel rushed or pressurised to purchase. When the products were showing on the computer as not being available, at that time in the store, Phil checked the store room himself and found the products for us. Going the extra mile! Another thing that really impressed us was when he spoke to us about his employers. He described them as a wonderful family, kind and considerate to their employees, customer - not - profit focused and a pleasure to work for. Funding someone who is so respectful of his employees and his customers is truly rare. I cannot rate Phil highly enough or my overall experience. Word of mouth is powerful in Northern Ireland so hopefull, given the fact I have been telling my family and friends about my experience will translate into new business. I do hope you relay our sincere thanks to Phil.

Just bought a corner suite and coffee table from Amit at Holywood Exchange store. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. He helped me decide on best colour etc and took time to look up delivery dates etc - he was very knowledgeable and a great asset to EZ living at Holywood! I had been to several other furniture stores but Amit’s professionalism helped me decide to spend my money there!

Great in store experience! Had been in looking for bedroom furniture and had excellent help in matching colours and getting accurate measurements to fit my room. A lot of time and patience was spent looking at my floor plan to rearrange furniture in the room in the best possible layout. I returned the following week, the same cashier came to help us again and got our order completed very efficiently. Could not be more pleased with lamp table and nest of tables we bought. Delivered on time only downside was that the tables were self assemble. I was not aware of this when ordering. Phoned the store and was told by very nice guy called Phil to take them up and he would put them together for us. Returned to store on Saturday 4th Sept. Was met with courtesy and politeness and was assured tables would be ready for collection in about 30mins. Cannot believe how helpful and friendly the staff were. Excellent shopping experience when we made our first ever visit to the Holywood store to look for new sofas. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere in store, none of this hard sell approach which we along with the majority of the public hate! We had the pleasure to be assisted by the very lovely, experienced and knowledgable Teresa (27040) who answered all our questions, offered us very welcomed advice, struck that lovely balance that afforded us our own time to browse and yet was always on hand when we needed her assistance. Happy to report that after a week traipsing round various other stores in search of furniture EZ Living Holywood came up trumps in many ways and especially thanks to the first class assistance from Teresa who made this shopping experience and purchase totally hassle free. We couldn’t recommend both EZ Living and their sales assistant Teresa highly enough.

Bought an Inspire 2-seater sofa today from Michael. Don't have a moving date, so it's great that they can hold it for me until I'm ready. He made the purchase really easy without any pushy sales talk. I really love this shop. The furniture is a bit different to the usual and there's a price point to suit everyone. Deciding on a sofa was really hard as I like so many of them. I visited the shop loads of times, and what I really like is that you can wander about without every sales person chasing you down. The way the place is presented is lovely too. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a new bed for our teenage daughter back in October for christmas. Unfortunately with covid pandemic delays the delivery date for the bed kept being pushed back with the result it was not going to arrive in time. We was so disappointed as that is all our daughter wanted as her christmas present and it was too late to reorder. The staff in Holywood Exchange store pulled out all the stops and managed to source the last bedframe in all the EZ Living stores in Ireland and delivered it in time to save Christmas🎄. Thankyou so much. Lovely store with courteous helpful staff.

Couldn't have asked for better. Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable. They still kept calm even after the 500 questions my wife fired at them when buying a simple thing like a bed. Surely it can't be that hard to buy a bed ? When this was going on I was enjoying a nice cup of tea and a piece of shortbread free of charge courtesy of EZ Living. Anyway after probably about 3 hours in the shop the said bed was purchased. Many thanks to Sam (aka a young Gary Neville) for bearing with us. I would thoroughly recommend this shop and will be back but not if it's for another bed.

I visited this store on Tuesday 29th July looking for a table and chairs to match my new kitchen. I'd been looking for ages for one that ticked all the boxes. Teresa was such a great help to me, she went the extra mile checking for tables that could be ordered in specially for me. She found me exactly what I was looking for, a slightly narrower, extending grey one. I had nearly given up hope of finding such a table. I'm looking forward to taking delivery in a few weeks. The store was really well laid out and clean and bright, this was my first visit but I'll definitely be back!

We visited EZ Living Holywood several times in the last few weeks. Michael McMullan attended to us on our first visit and was extremely helpful. We had picked a settee that was already sold and no longer available to reorder. He advised that a similar settee would be arriving in store in a different colour and material and would telephone us when it had arrived. A week later he rang to say the footstool was on display and we were welcome to call and view, which we did later that evening. It was a difficult decision to make based on the footstool and in turn Michael advised us that once again he would telephone when the complete settee was displayed. Michael rang to say the settee was in store and we were most welcome to call and view. We called later that day and were happy to purchase the settee. However Michael was on lunch and as we were pushed for time Oliver attended to us. Oliver was also very helpful and polite. All said and done my daughter and I were delighted with Michael`s help, his manners and his willingness to help, he deserves 10 out of 10. Thanks again Michael.

I have visited EZY Living Interiors a few times over the last few months. On my first visit I was greeted by Julie. She was very friendly and helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. I was looking for a new bed and mattress; Julie took her time to guide me through the various selections and her advice and helpfulness certainly helped me make a confident decision and purchase. I purchased a Dorset 6' mattress on 31st December from Samuel Captain. Samuel showed me what you had to offer at the pace that suited me - and was really clear in his responses to my questions and when the delivery would be. I had the mattress delivered 25th January and there was a issue with the delivery men re a mattress cover - I had already discussed this with Samuel the previous Saturday so I rang him and he came out to the house immediately to resolve it - I do live very close to the store but despite this it was above and beyond and I really appreciated it and a company should be grateful to have such a polite professional person working for them. Highly recommend. Great customer service from several members of staff including Michael who went above and beyond to ensure we would recieve a table and chairs set by Christmas. He was very helpful in helping us match chair sets, tailoring to our needs. I cannot fault the communication that Michael maintained throughout the delivery process, keeping us informed of dates and times and was appreciative of our working hours and organised our delivery around this. He personally delivered our product with help from another delivery man and assembled it there and then with no hassle. The product itself is great quality- bought at competitive prices. First time shopping in EZ Living. We were one of those annoying customers that arrive in store a few minutes before closing, but we had decided on a sofa that we wanted to purchase. Kevin (?) Can not recommend Ez Living enough. We had purchased a beautiful suite but unfortunately experienced several problems with it. I contacted the store who put me in contact with their head office where Mairead dealt with everything swiftly and efficiently nothing was a problem to her. After several attempts to rectify the problem with our couch Ez Living decided the best option was either to replace our couch or for us to choose another suite to the value of the original suite. Once again when we visited the store we were met by friendly and efficient staff and they had been briefed about our situation so the whole process was painless.
