m. b.Jim went absolutely beyond his duty to help my disabled husband get new cables for his old chair.
( our new puppy eat thought the cables🤦♀️) we had purchased this chair a few years back from HSL Newtownabbey. We can't thank you enough for your kindness Jim. He called to our home and fitted it that very evening, free of charge!! Such genuine caring staff! 100% aftersales service! 💖
c. m.popped in with my father in law who lives locally. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, measured up my father in law for the correct size chair and told us much about the chairs that we didn't know - ie pressure points. The chairs aren't cheap but as this is a health investment as opposed to simply a place to sit - they really are worth it.
