Delivery time was within 3 weeks. The quality of the bed was very good and it was even more beautiful in real. The only negative about this company is that customer service is not very friendly or helpful. They should put more training into their staff on how to deal with customers as the telephone manner of the ladies I have been speaking to is super annoying. Spending over £1,000 and not having any support or at least the bare minimum friendliness on the phone is just unacceptable!

They were easy to contact. I had an issue with a delivery date, they kept me fully up to date as i had requested another delivery date. They listened to me and tried their best to accommodate. Ordered a telephone box drinks cabinet then got really worried when I read the reviews - next day I phoned customer service to ease my concerns and they could NOT have been nicer and put my mind to rest. Only recently discovered this website and very glad I did. They have a great range of unusual quality products at great prices. I bought a set of three rectangular silver trunks and I am delighted with them. They look exactly like the picture on line (which is more can be said for a lot of retailers). My only issue is the delivery company they used - Fedex. They were hopeless. Give an all day delivery slot, didn’t turn up, then gave another all day delivery slot the next day. Rang FedEx as I couldn’t stay in all day again and was told they can’t give an ETA of any kind and there is no live tracking available so missed the delivery! Luckily due to covid I was home working the next week so managed to get my item. Emailed a complaint to Homesdirect365 but no response has been received which doesn’t surprise me given the number of reviews that state they provide very bad customer service.

I bought the range of rococo bedroom furniture ordered in June but didn't get it until the beginning September after first being told it would be the end of July . To be fair though, emails were responded to very quickly so that's good. The wait was worth it when it all arrived as the furniture is absolutely beautiful . The only problem I had was a slight bit of damage to the hand carved detail at the top of the wardrobe door . I rang CS and told them and it was dealt with within a couple if hours . The service I've received from the CS has been brilliant. I would highly recommend homes direct .

WEB93806 - I recently purchased a Romano Crystal Mirrored Tallboy Chest from Homesdirect 365. I have given 5 stars as my transaction from purchase to delivery was a very effficient and easy affair. I was contacted by the very pleasant customer services to arrange delivery and although I had no signal and the phone cut off twice, they persisted in calling me back immediately and also emailed the delivery time and date to make sure I had received the communication. On the delivery day, I was called an hour prior to the arrival of my item by the driver which meant I didnt have to sit in all morning waiting. The driver also brought my delivery into my home and put it where I needed it to save me having to move it a distance later. The product itself was better than described and has completed my bedroom look. Fabulous product, great service. Many thanks, will definately use you again as there are some amazing products on your website.

I bought the extra large live edge chopping board because I loved the one James Martin had, and this was a much more affordable price. The board is great, very solid and very heavy, and it looks fantastic. There were only two small niggles : 1) the top of the board wasn't totally blemish-free, I had the sand it down before first time use, which was a little annoying; and 2) the board is actually three narrow boards laminated together to form a wide board. I know it's a great price for a good quality board, but it doesn't say anywhere on the site that it's three boards laminated together. So far it's holding up ok, but time will tell if the laminations start separating. I hope not because I absolutely love this board, as does my wife now who wasn't sure when it arrived due to the sheer size of it. So, would have been five stars if there hadn't been the two niggles, hence the four stars.

I knocked a star off as I emailed customer service with a question, and no one ever bothered to get back to me. So that’s not great customer service – and if I’d had an issue, then it would have been very irritating.

I write this review only to express my thoughts on their staff member, Adam! He has visited my home twice in the last two weeks, a) to realign my wardrobe, which he did his best, due to its manufacturing issues return was my best option. Homesdirect365, required me to dismantle this ‘three door wardrobe’ and box before being it can be collected, as it is a solid wooden wardrobe, which I thought was a rather unmeasured expectation, especially customer, who lives alone, or have disability or frailty. However, Adam was extremely kind, and brilliant in his expertise offered to assist in dismantling, I am very grateful or else I was nearing to cancel my entire order. B) this morning Adam came to collect the wardrobe, again called in advance informing his visit, a polite, cheerful professional mannered service - Well, done Adam! 👏 But, seeing him carrying this extremely heavy boxes to the Van, I feel the company must consider Health & Saftey, such task do require two man jobs, or in the long-term Adam’s physical health is at risk of Back & joint injury/damage. The goods were delivered on the day scheduled and delivery man, David, was extremely pleasant and very helpful in getting the two chests of drawers into our bedroom. The delivery driver Karl was exceptional and really helpful. The product had no pre drilled holes and I didn't have any bolts that were the right size or washers with the handles and I didn't have any screws. The wardrobe itself looks great.
