A splash of colour to compliment my kitchen. I was dubious buying from Atlantic as their name was unknown to me. After reading customer reviews I decided to go ahead and was not disappointed. Four stools shortly arrived in two boxes, well packed, quick and easy to assemble. I was considering stools from Costco amongst other retailers, including expensive Italian designers, however, I am glad I decided to purchase from Atlantic, who have delivered a quality product at a very good price.

we bought 4 melody, leather stools with brushed steel base. they are very comfortable and stylish. one stool had a bit of a squeak but when we phoned customer services they immediately knew what was wrong and it was fixed easily. great service and would recommend Atlantic Shopping.

Ordered dining chairs on a pre order basis because they were exactly what I was looking for and was prepared to wait. I got a little bit concerned when this date was extended but many places are struggling to keep to stock delivery schedules in the current climate. It was worth the wait of a further 4 weeks. The quality of the chairs are fantastic. We ordered a further 2 and, because they now had stock, we received them within a week. Excellent and would highly recommend. Just be mindful that if you pre order you have to anticipate changes may happen .

Jackson Dining Chairs - Grey The chairs are good quality and very comfortable. The chairs had to be assembled but that wasn't too difficult. The grey fabric is a lovely colour and very nice. Delivery was quick too.

Real Leather Stools Cream. I purchased 4 stools in March 21. They arrived in line with the estimated delivery time in secure packaging. Super duper pair of Martello real leather bar stools in white I dithered for ages wondering whether to purchase these, having had faux leather stools previously; I'm very pleased I did. They are comfortable with the high back, very stable with the heavy, flat base and look great. Initially, there was chrome flaking off one foot rest but with a quick call & pics sent to Atlantic, by the next afternoon, a replacement was delivered, which was excellent customer care. Incredible customer service. Regardless of when I emailed (including a bank holiday Monday) I had a response within a matter of minutes. Each time, the response was courteous and supportive and within just a few emails, they had resolved my issue. We had ordered two bar stool chairs for use in our kitchen. They arrived promptly and fulfilled all of our requirements. Unfortunately within 6 months, one of the chairs had developed a really annoying squeak. I emailed the company and they took appropriate action, including suggesting things to try before they sent out replacement parts. Once the decision was made to repair the chair, the resolution was swift. Instructions to disassembe the chair were clear, the delivery of the replacement part was prompt and the squeaky chair no longer makes any noise at all. Above all, I am so pleased to see that the company replaces parts rather than the entire chair as this is so much better for the environment. All in all, really pleased!

Really impressed with Atlantic shopping. Got some really nice looking bar stools - very classy looking, at a decent price. When they turned up, one of the chrome bases had some scratches. A quick email exchange with support resulted in them shipping me a new replacement base - didn't have to return the whole stool, didn't have to send the old base back - just nice, painless customer service. We purchased 6 Carlo Oak chairs in charcoal. They look classy and stylish, excellent value. Well made and sturdy in lovely hard wearing fabric. The whole experience was very good. We visited the showroom and was pleasantly surprised on how much they had on display. It gave us the chance to try out our favourite chairs we had seen online. Service and delivery were excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is after a month of daily use, we noticed a few niggles...2 out of the 6 chairs make squeaky noise when you lean back. A few of the chairs wobble slightly (more noticeable on a tiled floor). A few chairs the material is not as tight around the back as the others. I think one of the legs has a bit of glue that may have dripped while they were being made. These things are very small and maybe could be fixed? But overall I was very pleased and would definitely recommend

We reordered and the stools again arrived as promised the very next day and with a delivery company who gives you a delivery time. We drove to the the showroom and tried and tested their many bar-stools. We finally decided on the 4x Ferrero Brushed Steel Bar Stool Grey at £115.00, which were delivered the next day as promised. I bought 4 bar stools from Atlantic Shopping following a friend's recommendation after he shopped with them. They arrived promptly and looked great. Only problem was that the backs were quite low and not as comfortable as I'd wanted. As I'd activated the gas lifts I didn't think I'd be able to return them but customer services couldn't have been more helpful. They even sent me a video showing me how to take the stools apart. After a nominal charge of just £10 for collection/return, the stools were inspected and a refund made. I then ordered 4 stools with higher backs which arrived the following morning and they look wonderful. Atlantic Shopping have restored my faith in shopping again! I bought three bar stools and am delighted with them. I am a 73 year old 'new' widow so I was concerned whether I would be able to put them together on my own. They were well wrapped and protected and I found the instructions easy to follow with the little bag of screws and everything I needed. *Update* after reading the initial review posted yesterday Atlantic got in touch and went out of their way to try and accommodate my needs and could not be more apologetic. I still won't have my original order however I will have similar asap and will shop there again... such a relief as I'm never one to avoid shops and love our bar stools! *Yesterday * I previously bought 4 bar stools here and whilst one did not go together particularly well they were very good at exchanging it for a replacement. When I then ordered 6 dining chairs all said to be 'in stock' all due to be delivered in time for New Year's Eve I was a little disappointed to receive a phone call over 24 hours after ordering (bear in mind it's meant to be next day delivery) to say that actually just 4 were in stock with the remaining 2 due in over 3 month's time. I asked if I could have the 4 now and the 2 in March however they did advise there could be some colour differences if ordering different batches. I asked if I could look online to see if there was an alternative, 90 minutes later I had decided to go for the four and just mix and match as we needed them for NYE. I called up and confirmed we would still take the 4 and they advised this would be sent out immediately. Two minutes later I received a call back from the first person I had spoken to who advised that they were no longer available as they had been sold to someone else since I spoke to them... I hadn't even stopped or cancelled the order! The call agent said that she had understood that I would cancel and was looking for an alternative and that the chairs had already been dispatched to the new customer. I couldn't believe that they had sold the chairs that were on order to me to someone else and that when I asked them to consider contacting the customer who had placed their order less than 60 minutes ago and advising them of what it had taken them over 24 hours to advise me they then said that it had already been packed up and dispatched. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I was then put on hold and when she returned she explained actually only one had been sold so I could have three... So I had gone from ordering 6 chairs that were in stock to then being told I could only have 4, then to three and at no point had I changed my order. To cut a long story short I cancelled the whole order and advised I would not shop there again, I have never done this before ANYWHERE. I just felt this was incredibly short sighted as I had a further 4 chairs on order and had previously ordered 6... to sell something to another customer that was already allocated to one customer is not just shocking customer service, it's poor logistics and even poorer judgement for a company I would expect want to retain custom.

Not quite as advertised. We bought two stools having used the same products at our relatives. The stools are advertised as having a 70 cm seat height, which is a comfortable height for sitting at a breakfast bar at 90 cm with a 3 cm depth worktop. The stools delivered have in fact a 73 cm seat height, which makes them slightly uncomfortable in use. I did cross check and my relatives stools do have a 70 cm seat height. If I had realised on receipt, I would have considered returning the goods for exchange or refund.

I had an extension and a new kitchen installed recently and, needed some extra stools. I already had the same stool but in black, it was a couple of years old but still in excellent condition and I was loath to get rid of it - it was after all, a very comfy stool to boot. I knew that if I bought another 2 blacks it would show the difference in the fabrics' colour. So I decided, since my main colours in my kitchen are, black, cream and red, I buy one in red and another in cream (everyone thought I was mad till they saw them together). I'd spent a couple of days driving round visiting different stockists looking stools that looked similar but sadly not exactly the same and I also noted (annoyingly) that their quality, choices and prices to be substandard for what to get for your money in comparison to my old one. Then I found this company on-line and decided to take a chance, and so glad I did.
