Though the lead time for our purchase had been rather long, Glassdomain were fantastic at communication, sending me e-mail every week to updated me on our purchase. The furniture was exactly as expected - good quality and arrived in excellent condition. We love our new table and chairs and are delighted with the Glassdomain service and product. We have purchased several items of Cattelan Italia furniture from Glassdomain and found the whole process reassuringly professional. Minor delays in delivery from Italy due to Covid allowed Ravinder to demonstrate her brilliant customer service skills, with regular updates. She certainly makes you feel special as a customer. I ordered the Softbay 3 seater sofa from Glassdomain, it looks amazing and the delivery was quicker than I expected. They delivered the sofa on the day requested and was informed the day before what time they would be arriving. The services were great, the driver called me 30 mins before delivery. I had slight problem with the item, called the same day, the customer service resolved with alternative solution to whatever i felt was satisfactory.

Very friendly organisation that responds quickly to any questions before making a purchase. We purchased a 160cm Skorpio ceramic dining table, which easily accommodates 6+ seats. In our instance, this meant that we didn't need to purchase an extended table. It's a lovely table, really sturdy and well-made. We would gladly return here to shop. The customer service was excellent. I was delayed in relocating and had to reschedule delivery twice. It wasn't an issue for the team. Overall, excellent service. I would certainly use this company again!

Really pleased with their customer service. I purchased a table from them in May 2020 and was planning to move to a new house in June how ever due to covid 19 it got delayed and I could not move and sort out the floor till Jan 2021. Customer service was really helpful and kept the order in the warehouse for 6 months. Finally when it was delivered the quality of the Table was really good.

Before lockdown we had seen in another store, a sideboard and table that we liked from Cattelan Italia. They were shut during lockdown. After some google research we discovered Glassdomain also sold these items.
In addition to the sideboard and table, we also wanted 6 chairs, 2 Tiffany cabinets and 4 side tables. None of which we had seen in the flesh.
Ravinder could not have been more helpful, answering my repeated queries. She even checked with the manufacturers in Italy on a couple of points. We were nervous about making choices without seeing the colour swatches. Ravinder arranged for their sample packs to be dispatched to us. We selected the colours and posted them back.
The price we agreed was competitive and I did try and price match - they could not be beaten in price.
I was continually kept updated on my order. Ravinder was a total delight to deal with throughout.
The delivery team were first class. Very considerate, professional and pleasant to deal with. They unpacked everything, did any assembly work that needed doing and took away all the packaging.
We are thrilled with how it all looks. Quality products, with a quality service.
We would not hesitate to recommend Glassdomain.

Update: it will finally be delivered on 24th December.
Deeply regret shopping with Glassdomain and in despair now. With other good reviews, probably the offline in-store experiences are good. But my online shopping experience has been well and Glassdomain does not seem to be open and transparent. Very frustrated as I couldn't get my delivery, nor I could get my money back and order from another place.
I ordered a floor lamp for 580 pounds at the end of November (3 weeks ago) and was hoping for seeing it on Christmas. A few days after order they called me to say there was no stock in store (why not put it clear on website?), had to order from factory and it will only arrive on January but I am allowed to change my mind until it is dispatched from factory. I mean how you could take my 580 pounds from my balance while you don't even have the item?
The next week (2 weeks ago) I changed my mind and asked for my money back. Then immediately they told me somehow the factory has managed to have it dispatched and it will be with me the following week.
Last week (1 week ago) nothing happened. On Saturday they said it's with their delivery team and they will be contact. When I ask for tracking? No response.
This week the store is closed and no one answers the phone.

We ordered 5 different pieces from the Sovet Bridge range and they are all fabulous. Delivery from Italy was on time and the very helpful man who delivered to our home unpacked, placed each piece where we wanted, checked everything and cleared away all packaging. Our house is transformed with this beautiful glass and we're delighted with the excellent service we received from Ravinder at Glassdomain. June, Banbury
