Nice looking store with the atmosphere of calmness. But all of this does not work out if the staff does not greet you, seems to be slightly annoyed by questions and does not even give a hand when you take out one of the mattresses. Disappointing! Thanks for reacting to my review. Therefore I would like to add two stars for excellent customer follow-up! Thanks for taking reviews seriously!

LOVE THIS SHOP. It took me 3 attempts to leave the shop, as I kept seeing more things I had to buy!!! Girl who served me was hilarious and so helpful. Will definitely be back, best furniture in Bton!!!

I purchased during a sale to take advantage of the saving, but needed to delay delivery by a month (I was moving house and hadn’t completed). Assi assisted me, and she was just wonderful and so helpful. She put my order on hold and told me to get in touch when I was ready for delivery. After I’d moved into my new flat I contacted Assi again, who then arranged delivery — 10 days later my sofa arrived, and was brought into my room of choice. Really excellent customer service. Thank you Assi!

The staff is so lovely here. Asi helped me to choose leaning shelves for my lounge - she knew almost all measurements by heart! On collection young lad helped me as she was already busy serving other customers. Both of them were so helpful, thank you!

Great range this year, products really work for small space living. I just got a new sofa bed for my flat in Brighton and a table set for the patio all delivered. Customer service was excellent.

I wanted to buy a Futon and have it delivered this week as family are coming to stay this Saturday. Was almost put off by previous reviews - but called and got a super helpful assistant who looked into it, called me back and arranged the order to come to my house this Friday as a special delivery. Only cost me £10 extra. Great. :)

Fantastic staff. They are there when you need them but move off when you are discussing beds or when you're taking your time testing them. Got items delivered by local delivery all the way up the stairs. Very good value for money!

Staff really helpful in here, and the furniture is always of excellent quality. Have purchased beds, sofas, coffee tables and futons. They always seem to have a sale on for some reason.
