Personally I found it poor and couldn't find anything to suit my needs. There was only one member of staff available and she was pretty lethargic and not very interested is serving a potential customer.

Requiring a riser / recliner for my elderly mother who is suffering with a bad back we decided to visit the Brighton and Hove showroom on Saturday. I made a call to the showroom prior to ensure that a person was available to assist my mother in choosing the right chair. We got there prompt at 9.10am. The store was closed. Assuming there was a staff delay we parked up and waited, and waited. by 9.35am I called the HO Customer Service line to advise them that the store was closed still, and whether they were aware of any incidents or concerns as to why nobody was there. Whilst on hold they investigated, but eventually came back to advise that they too were unsure and likely that it was a staff rota issue. We departed back for home, during which I had two missed calls from the customer service team. As a courtesy I called them back. They apologised further for the inconvenience and advised me that the store was now open. I thanked them - but we had other commitments that day including a hair appointment for my mother. I have given 3 stars - purely for the fantastic Customer Service Team who were courteous and concerned by the late opening of their store and called me back. Personally I was not impressed. The showroom is bang smack in the middle of many furniture outlets in this big retail area north of Brighton. In this day and age with such competition on their doorstep I was hoping for better. Not a good experience. As a footnote their voice mail message could be more enthusiastic.
