Fabulous store and even better customer service from Josh and Rebecca! We have four matching lamps in our living room and dining room (one of which developed a fault) which are now discontinued, both Josh and Rebecca went the extra mile to source one for me so that we didn’t have to replace all four! Not usual for staff to go the extra mile these days, both Josh and Rebecca are great ambassadors for Next Home and deserve recognition for going the extra mile! People are quick to jump on these platforms and leave poor reviews when things go wrong which let’s face out they do (we are all human!) but this fantastic customer service definitely deserves a mention too! Look forward to seeing you onSaturday to collect!

I went to look at the maternity clothes as they don't sell these in the normal shop in the Mall any more. Unfortunately, you can't try the clothes on anywhere. The suggestion was I bought everything so I could have the tags removed and then I could try them on in the toilets and get a refund if necessary. The clothes were nice (and at least actually there to try on unlike most high street shops) but I have to say i didn't buy any. There was limited stock and at this point you may as well buy online.

We actually visited Homebase which has now opened s small garden shop within the Next store. The prices were quite good, particularly on the large glazed and un glazed pots.

The one way system here is SUPER CONFUSING and a bit of a nightmare. If you go upstairs you have to go right to the back of the shop to go down the stairs. There seem to be multiple ways to walk but sometimes it isnt clear which way you should go and you can't always get to the products you want to look at. The till area and queuing also isnt great, this needs to be sorted out so you aren't standing in the middle where people are walking.

This is a nicely laid out store, with a surprisingly good selection of generally high quality items. There's a Costa coffee upstairs, should you need it. Watch out for the car park exit though, it can take ages to get out of this one.

Received 5 star service today from the staff at Next Cribbs Causeway. Chris, Jennifer and Mollie were outstanding! They managed to put up with me and my partners indecisive tendencies when choosing sofas and extra bits. Very helpful and offered some valuable advice. Cannot fault them! Friendly staff, a lot cleaner and tidy than the other stores. Not the fastest service, always seem short staffed all they're all on lunch at same time, a few times they've come out still chewing on their sandwich.

I'm in the Costa Coffee place on the upper floor. Often not as busy as main mall places. Slow to clear vacant tables today but staff are nuce and did it when asked.

We found more baby clothes there than in the main Next store where you had to sort baby stuff from childrens. Here the maternity and baby is all in one area and easy to look at without getting in the way of people looking for children's clothes. Staff friendly too

Good range but not as extensive as larger stores, and not fully stocked for the curtains I wanted. Easy free parking in the retail park car park (although not at peak times like public holidays). Friendly and helpful staff who can order stock for free delivery to store or £3.99 delivery to home (for curtains anyway, not sure of other delivery rates).
