We went into Park Furnishers in Bristol and had excellent service from Jamie. His knowledge of the furniture was amazing and he gave us some great advice and took the time to understand our requirements. He was friendly and honest, really good experience!

We had a very good experience at Park Furnishers in Bristol today which ended up with us buying a lovely new bed. Jamie if I could give you more than 5 stars I would. We came in early morning and you listened to our needs and worked out several various sofa combinations to fit our requirements and room size. You were not fased by us saying we wanted to look at other suppliers before we made up our mind. Needless to say we returned later that same day and placed an order with you. I visited the Park Furnishers store in Eastgate Retail Park looking to buy some sofas. Graham was absolutely amazing. He helped me with my search, showed me how the sofa bed function works and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, as I have experienced in a lot of other shops, and was very friendly. I am waiting for my sofas to be delivered.

The Sales Manager, Ian, was very helpful. He gave us a lot of time and seemed knowledgable about the products. He was good humoured and professional. Staff are helpful without being pushy. Prices are good and varied. They sell lounge, dining room furniture and kitchens. Ground floor location only, so no stairs. Plenty of parking.

We were looking for a new sofa and really wanted to support a local independent business here in Bristol so headed over to the new Park Furniture store at Eastgate - we had put the whole day aside for finding one and were prepared to travel. Park Furniture was our first stop. I was very pleasantly suprised at the broad range of furniture from modern to traditional and within 5 minutes found two perfect sofa choices! We were dealt with by Jamie and he was very helpful, informative and patient while we made our choice (and kept changing our minds!). We made our order for two new sofas. When we got home and measured up properly we realised that the sofas we had ordered might be too big so immediately rang the store and switched models. Jamie sorted this out right away and made the whole process stress free. Oh, and we bought a fabulous new mirror too! Park furniture have a wide range of high quality accessories, furniture and beds. The staff are very welcoming but they also leave you to browse and try things out as you please. A great shopping experience.

Dealt with Steve who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We visited just about every sofa shop in Bristol and so glad we went into Park Furnishers, they had such a good selection.
