We received a very warm welcome and a fantastic service from Tim. We have purchased several items from this store, all items are of excellent quality. The store has a variety of stock and items to suit varying tastes including some quirky, unique pieces. The store also smells beautiful and has fresh floral fragrance and relaxing ambiance. The store is well staffed. Good parking facilities.

My wife and I took our time to see all the different designs of the dining tables that they had available. We then slept on 3 of the designs and came back the following day. Tim was not pushy to sell on either day and helped us to see the different designs, matching them with different benches/chairs from the store. Tim not only found the design that we liked but also in a slightly different shape which fits our dining room perfectly. 10/10 for service and I would highly recommend going to have a look.

I don't know how I've never heard of this gem of a shop before. We were looking specifically for dining tables and chairs and we found the selection to be the best from a design and quality point of view we've seen in Cardiff by far, and the value for money is almost unbelievable - our table was down from £2,139.99 to £849.99 and we saw practically the same one in another store for ~£1,400. Tim was a great salesperson - he wasn't pushy, was very friendly and funny, really listened and understood what we were looking for, pointed out things that are really useful to know, tried his best to find a good deal for us, ensured that he had all of our details correct, and was very clear on what the delivery process and timelines would be.

Visited on Monday 24 January and was given lots of information by Ian regarding a pair of sofas we were looking to buy. We found a comfortable pair which were of obvious excellent quality and cushions which were firm but at the same time soft. The price was more than we had budgeted for so we left to visit other outlets. We viewed 2 other pairs which were almost identical to the ones Ian showed us and quite a bit cheaper , £900 and £1000 compared to yours at £1150.There did not seem much difference in the comfort of all three pairs so , on a visit into Cardiff the next day we called in and tried your again . There was a noticeable difference in comfort and decided that it warranted the extra expense , so we visited again today 26 January and purchased both sofas. The service and information provided by Ian was a major factor in our decision to buy.

Myself and my husband came to FW homestore today. We spoke to Paul the sales agent who was so friendly. He gave us plenty of time to look around and find the sofa we liked. He gave us the space to sit on the sofa and leave us to it and came over when we prompted him too, He had several swatch fabric books for us to choose the perfect grey. We had gone to every other sofa store in Cardiff where we could not find a sofa that is not to deep or high and the back cushions more upright. Not only did we find our perfect sofa but the price was better than all the others stores. £1099 for a large corner 3 meters by 2 meters is a damn good price. We are going back to buy dining chairs in a few days. Thank you so much Paul.

I thoroughly recommend FW Homestores, we purchased a gorgeous Danish sideboard from the a couple of years ago. Very experienced sales staff, on both visits this Spring to purchase a dining table and chairs - the first time to see and then assess dimensions at home, and today when my husband and I returned to purchase the Lazarro table and chairs. Both Ian on my first visit, and Tim today were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and gave me plenty of time to make my decision, which I greatly appreciated. Love the new store on Hadfield road with its lots of display settings. Looking forward now to taking delivery of the table. Thankyou Ian and Tim. Will definitely use this store again.

Fantastic range of furniture, the sales staff ( Lee and Decland ) were very helpful not pushy at all and went the extra mile to give as much info on the products purchased. We've been to the Newport store twice now to look for two seater settees. The range of furniture is good with a good mix of styles and options and the prices are very competitive. When we went back today the sales man remembered us and also our specific space requirements - impressive. We were given the info we needed to make our choice but never hassled. Great after sales service. I had small issue with my sofa and they were extremely supportive and pushed manufacturer to sort despite manufacturer paid technician saying it was not a fault (proven later to be a fault!). Went in there to look for a new suite for my living room - they left us to it and just said if we needed anything at all to just shout - makes a lovely change to being harassed in other well-known furniture stores and being pounced upon - gave us time and sure enough found a suite I fell in love with - explained that we had to measure to make sure it would fit in my living room - they gave us all the required dimensions and sure enough we returned the following afternoon and bought said suite - all the staff there are lovely and friendly and not pushy in any way at all - having my suite in 8 weeks.... can't wait....
