F. J.The springs had broken in my sofa and caused the cushions to dip. After sending pictures of the damage I was sent quickly sent a very reasonable quote and told it xould be collected the next week. Gabriel and his lovely family came to collect the sofa and the next day delivered it back to me looking better than new! They kindly added stronger springs and better clips than in the original sofa as well as some new foam for the cushions. Excellent customer service and couldn't be happier with the work! Would highly recommend!
