I ordered a thing and that thing turned up as described. Update now I have progressed with the project. Bought the office chair refurb kit to adapt a spare bucket seat for use in the home office. Some metal angle brackets to adapt and all fits up nicely. I used the 9 inch gas strut which may be a little tall for my average height and this application so may swap out for the 7 inch in the future. Base is good quality and would recommend this company.

Just received my replacement office chair gas lift. Ordered on Sunday and received on Wednesday. How brilliant is that!!! and postage was included in the price. What fantastic service. How do you do this for so little money? By adjusting the height of the original gas lift I was able to make my chair even more comfortable. I managed to retain my favourite chair without adding to landfill. Even the old gas lift has gone for recycling to be turned into a new one. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. You are truly brilliant at what you do. Keep smiling!!!

Very helpful all round, only problem was the Base Plate, the one I was replacing had a groove which allowed the Base Plate to line up with the Holes, I managed to get the old Gas Lift out, used the new Gas Lift along with the existing fitments. Job done
