Megan listened to our requirements and got our design spot on The fitters Ben Luke and Nelson are amazing craftsmen and the finish on the cabinety is outstanding. We absolutely love our kitchen as does all our visitors, we appreciated Lauren listening to our requests for maximum storage whilst ensuring the kitchen remained aesthetically pleasing. Despite a few challenges during the build, the kitchen fitters, Nelson, Dan and Terry were amazing. Even our builder commented on the fantastic job they did, they are quality kitchen fitters, were professional and extremely helpful. Also thanks to the painters Craig and co, they did such a great job and took great care in their work. We are really happy with the quality of our new kitchen, it has transformed our living space and with a new baby, this was integral to our brief. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen from Blackstones. Although our kitchen is relatively small we felt that we were given exactly the same level of care and attention as customers paying much more. As with all things the devil is in the detail and we would like to thank Terry, Andy and Nelson for the final finish. We still look lovingly at some of the detailed work on the corners of the plinth. The process goes through several design meetings plus visits to site to ensure the build will go to plan. We were lucky enough to visit the factory during the lockdown as the showrooms were shut and were impressed by the number of apprentices they are training. Can not recommend them highly enough.

We've had our Blackstone Kitchen now for a little under 3 years and we still love it. Build quality is excellent and we've had only a couple of minor problems which Blackstone have taken care of. We went for Basalt Blue, being dark it does show dust and needs frequent cleaning and we're happy with that. Paint work also requires maintenance and we've just had a complete paint refresh resulting in the kitchen looking brand new. Blackstone are easy to deal with, they have their own in-house teams and don't appear to sub-contract out work (we had a very bad install experience in our last house with Wren who did sub-contract). Highly recommend.

I would not normally take the time to post a review, but the Blackstone experience has been so positive that it made me feel it was necessary. My wife and I spent a lot of time visiting all the local Kitchen companies and we were beginning to feel that it was going to be impossible to find a quality of a hand made, hand painted bespoke kitchen that we wanted without having to pay an extortionate amount for it. Thankfully we were fortunate enough to find Blackstone and we very quickly realised that they were way ahead of what the competition had to offer. The whole process was professional and hassle free. From Lauren's excellent designs and amazing renders to Kevin's superb installation management and not forgetting Andy, Ryan's and Craig's meticulous installation and finishing. Blackstone are a first class team that will go the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy with your kitchen. This is a family run business with people who care about getting it right. I recently had a Blackstone kitchen fitted. James and Patrick were great, absolutely delighted and couldn’t be happier with everything they recommended . The fitters Graham and Andy were just as good, finished the kitchen on schedule and went above and beyond with the finer details. I had my kitchen fitted nearly 4 years ago and with 3 children, it was looking a bit tired. I contacted James and within days Joey from the office contacted me and promptly sent a decorating team to my home. WOW. Kitchen and Customer Service second to none. Blackstone's designed and fitted our kitchen over the course of a couple of months at the tail end of 2017 and beginning of 2018 (Apologies for the late review, technical issues then my bad memory!). We visited many companies, showrooms and reviewed many websites but started and finished with Blackstone. None of the others could compare with the personable service we received and the quality of product so Blackstone won our business. We spoke with Patrick, the Manager of the design and installation along with James the owner himself and all gave up there time willingly whether our visit was planned or not because they knew they were the right people to give us the kitchen of our dreams. I think any of the Blackstone staff we encountered will probably smile when I say we were not their easiest of customers to please! Patrick, Emma, James and especially Graham need special mention on here as they certainly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Needless to say the kitchen has been installed perfectly and everything we asked for was accommodated. Even when things went wrong that were out of their control or by other services we employed, they still stepped up to do the right thing and help us out to ensure that their product was installed to the high standard that they promised. More recently, over a year later than when first installed, when we had issues with our dishwasher that damaged the door and surround, Blackstone stepped up again for their existing customer showing that even after all this time they still care and want their product look and be seen as the best. Karl in the office arranged everything for us and Graham, who again should get a special mention for his great customer service and brilliant workmanship, came out to us, replaced our door and made good all the issues we had. Our kitchen once again is stunning, my wife and I can again show it off and be the envy of all our friends with such a fantastic finished kitchen of our dreams. James, to you and all your staff, in particular Graham, a massive thank you from the Bendalls. Please pass on our gratitude to all of the people that were involved.

JUST WOW..... from initial phone call to final installation we have been amazed by the professionalism of Blackstone Kitchens. The customer service, the quality of the kitchen is exceptional. We've had our Blackstone kitchen installed for over a year now and still love it every day. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent! not everything went right first time, but I believe that the sign of a good company is how they deal with problems and Blackstone are first class. We've contacted them recently to obtain an additional interior shelf for one of our cupboards, and again nothing was too much trouble. We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Blackstone for our truly stunning kitchen. Our expectations have been more than exceeded and everyone who has visited so far are in awe of the place too. We had a Blackstone kitchen fitted in 2016 and have been so pleased with the design and quality. Unfortunately we recently had accidental damage to our under mounted sink and Blackstone came to our rescue. It was not an easy job to remove the old sink without taking off the quartz work surface. Graham and his assistant Ross somehow managed it and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was put back together as if nothing had happened. Truly first rate work. It’s one thing having a great kitchen fitted but the icing on the cake is good after sales care and in this Blackstone cannot be faulted. Kitchen was designed and ordered in 2014, but due to problems attributed to poor choice of builders (nothing to do with Blackstone) the extension works have only just been completed by a different builder. Blackstone had the kitchen complete and ready in Summer 2015 and very kindly stored it for us until we were ready (Dec 2016) The kitchen has finally been installed and it is stunning. From the process of design and ordering with James and Emily, with creative input from Patrick, installation by Graeme, and touching up of cabinets by Craig at the end, the entire team has been nothing but professional and courteous, going the extra mile to help us out in out hour of need. We cannot thank them all enough for making our dream kitchen a reality! If you are thinking of a Neptune, Plain English or DeVol Kitchen, (we looked at all these), give Blackstone a call for a quote and i'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised with both the quote and the quality of the finished product - (no chipboard or MDF cabinets here!) I didn't initially intend to wait a year to write this review as we loved the look and feel of our Blackstone kitchen on completion of install. However, the delay has worked well because i can now confirm, not only do Blackstone provide; - First class design & planning (they were the first company to reply and come to our house to measure up, beating other big kitchen companies by weeks). - Excellent 'can't do enough for you' installation. - But also that the quality of their products appears to be excellent also. Our kitchen was installed in May 2020 and everything still looking great and working perfectly. Dealing with James, Daniele, Kevin and Graeme & Co during the planning, design and installation of our kitchen was easy and professional. Anytime we had a special requirement eg. our island or mantle over the cooker, the guys worked through challenges and delivered. No doubt, we'll require some tightening, realignment over the coming years as with all finely tuned products but we look forward to working with the highly lauded post installation team. We would thoroughly recommend Blackstone Kitchens to anyone and everyone buying a new kitchen! I came across Blackstone on Instagram and initially really liked the style of their kitchens, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were reasonably priced too. Blackstone created an entirely bespoke design for us and we couldn't be happier with our finished kitchen. The style is exactly what we wanted and the quality is fantastic. We had some delays with our building work, which meant we weren't ready by our installation date. Blackstone were so accommodating and managed to fit us in at a later date. Throughout the entire process we found everyone at Blackstone to be very professional and friendly. We made a lot of tweaks to the design along the way and nothing was too much to ask! The fitters did a fantastic job to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t recommend Blackstone enough, and if we move in the future we won't hesitate to buy another Blackstone kitchen!

We had our kitchen installed in November 2019. We spoke to a lot of kitchen suppliers and did a lot of research before we were personally recommended Blackstone Kitchens. Our previous experience with Wren in our last house was awful and so we were very hesitant and wary of who we would choose to use next. Fantastic service, quality and value for money. We had our Georgian Shaker kitchen fitted about 2 months ago, and we are so happy with the finished product. All Blackstone staff are courteous and very knowledgeable in their given area of expertise, and communication was seamless. As a Carpenter & Joiner I was somewhat reticent to let someone else build a semi bespoke kitchen for our house, however time constraints with work meant that I simply didn't have the time to hand-make a kitchen from scratch. We did a lot of research before choosing a manufacturer, to the point of visiting factories, I know how a good kitchen is made and I know how much it costs, Blackstone were simply head and shoulders above everyone else when it came to value vs quality. I fitted the kitchen Blackstone supplied and I cannot recommend the product enough. The customer service was excellent throughout and any little niggles (which there always are with these things) were rectified immediately. A really great team of people offering a top quality product at a very realistic price.

I feel compelled to leave another review after yet more super service from Blackstone. We had our Blackstone kitchen fitted 2 years and it has served us so well, we get many remarks from visitors about the craftmanship and design. We really love it and enjoy cooking and the quality of the cabinetry is fabulous. Last week my integrated dishwasher died on me and I ordered a new one to be delivered 3 days later. When I called Blackstone to ask if they would be able to remove the fitted door and skirting, they arranged to come to me the next day and then again the day after the dishwasher was installed to refit all the cabinetry. I was amazed by their service and the quality of work from Kevin & Andy. I am incredibly thankful to them for helping to make an awkward job actually nothing of the sort. Thank you.

We opted to use Blackstone Kitchens as soon as they presented their rendered design. It might sound daft, but having approached other high street names with the same brief, the quality we received from them just didn't compare to what Lauren at Blackstone produced. She captured all of our requirements, made the most of the space perfectly and gave us options to compare. We couldn't un-see her final design and there really was no going back from there! The whole process was very professional and each member of staff we encountered, couldn't do enough for us. At no stage was there ever any pressure and we both felt that they wanted to showcase the best of what they offer. Our Blackstone kitchen was installed (by one of Blackstone’s fitters) in the summer of 2017. We chose the company because we wanted a handmade real wood painted kitchen, which would be a real feature in our newly converted home. I was, and remain, certain that we made the right choice. Our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. Given that the units are painted, I have had to touch up the paint in a few places in the last 18 months; not a time consuming job, but something to bear in mind when choosing painted units. Since installation we’ve had a few minor snags. Blackstone have been responsive each time and have come quickly to remedy them, free of charge. To me this is an important marker of a company’s customer service.

We first found Blackstone by accident when we were let down by our existing big-name supplier with 3 weeks before the kitchen installation was due to start. Blackstone stepped in, understood our plans and requirements and delivered a high quality product and saved the family from having a disappointing long wait for a new kitchen. The combination of an eye for detail, design flair, always helpful at the end of the phone line and a professional implementation made them a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much for them and correspondence continued over weekends and bank holidays. I feel compelled to give them high praise. I would just like to say that my first impression of Blackstones was the day we turned up at the showroom without an appointment, yet Patrick kindly showed us around and also gave us access to the workshop. His enthusiasm and professionalism impressed us from the start. We saw our plans brought to life by the design team and then had the pleasure of meeting Chris who came to check all the details. The day of the installation arrived, and it was like a military operation. Everyone in the crew knew exactly what went where and what they were doing with it. They were a smashing bunch of guys who just got on with the job very professionally and politely. We greatly enjoyed having them in our home. A further impressive touch was the fact that James, the owner, took the time out to personally visit us on site and make sure everything was running smoothly. The whole installation of both the kitchen and utility room took only three days which we were amazed at. It is only left to be said that I am Totally in love with my new kitchen. Everyone who has seen it has commented on the wow factor it has and have also asked who made and fitted it. The whole process has felt like a thoroughly bespoke kitchen from start to finish and the overall quality of materials and finishing are top notch. My only regret is that we didn’t do this years ago!! I had my kitchen installed in 2016. I have been delighted with the quality and look of the kitchen on top of the attention to detail which came with the installation. In 2019, I noticed a few little wear and tear issues mainly paint chips and some the magnets to keep the doors closed coming out. We also had to remove one of the plinths as a result of a dishwasher repair. I contacted Blackstone to discuss this with the kitchen still being under guarantee and they sent the lovely Kevin out to have a look without a single question. Over a couple of visits he: -Repaired the plinth that had to be removed and refitted it. He also put measures in place so we could easily remove the dishwasher in the future without having to remove the whole plinth (just a small section). -He filled and re-painted all sections where there was wear and tear. - Adjusted some of the drawers so they open and close a bit better. - Replaced some the magnets that had come out over time. The whole experience couldn't have been better. The kitchen was the best thing we invested in in my whole house and I can't recommend Blackstones enough. It's rare to get such fabulous customer service these days.

From start to finish our experience of dealing with Blackstone kitchens has been a positive one. I could not recommend Blackstone more highly. We fell in love with one of their kitchens and to be honest, it was more than we could really afford to spend, but it offered us everything we were looking for. Nobody else we saw did such a beautiful shaker style, that was repaintable in the future and had a pantry unit in the range that was exactly what we were after. It always places extra pressure on things when you have exceeded your budget - you just don't know if it will have been worth it until the end. However I can say that it absolutely was, as not only is the kitchen a fantastic quality, but the team that installed it and everyone before that were absolutely fantastic. Genuinely could not fault the quality and customer service and that's really saying something considering how detail-focused (and picky!) we are. I have no doubt that if there were any issues in the future (which I doubt there will be), Blackstone would be straight back to resolve them and that is fantastic piece of mind to have when you have spent so much money. Thank you so much to everyone at Blackstone - the kitchen is a place we love to cook and spend time together as a family and its genuinely helped make our home a better place to live.

We bought our kitchen from blackstones December 2015. We are delighted with both the quality and service. The kitchen is outstanding... I made an error and bought the wrong integrated fridge freezer to fit my integrated doors, and Blackstones just collected my original doors and gave me new ones... I couldn't believe it. Nothing is a problem, A pleasure to deal with. My previous kitchen was from Clive Christian and I much prefer this one, and even my kitchen fitter thought my new Blackstone kitchen was better quality. Whilst the kitchens are so beautiful they sell themselves it is their customer service that has blown me away. Blackstone fitted our new kitchen over 4 (yes four!) years ago, but we decided a month or so back to upgrade our range cooker to an Aga. During this time some BS features had changed, making the installation more difficult with a few changes required before Aga were happy to install. So I spoke to James and Patrick. They couldn't have been more helpful, coming back to Essex to visit to check out the problem, then making a few changes to our mantle set up and supply, so that it met the new standards. At no cost to us. So not only do we (still) adore our new kitchen, which looks as good today as the day it was fitted, but we are also hugely grateful to the commitment shown by James and his team to make sure a problem was resolved. To me that demonstrated their commitment to still delivering great customer service, even four years later, making sure we continued to be happy with our kitchen so that it gives us many more years of satisfaction and envious looks. Well what can I say such a professional Company. James the owner could not be more helpful. I dealt with him directly when first needing help with the design of my kitchen. Patrick Boxall who is the Operations Director has been along to my house on several occasions as I have changed my mind (my perocative of course)! They have sourced the very special Granite that I wanted and have organised me going along to choose my own slabs. I have in the past had Clive Christian Kitchens & dealt with Davenports but I must say with Hand On My Heart that Blackstones have been second to none. My kitchen is being made at the moment and will be layed out in the workshop for me to view before it is delivered and installed. I must say I was nervous when I first went along to see them as they were not a name that I had come across but they were recommended by a carpenter that was laying my wooden floor. Thank you to Dave I am so excited. I will keep you posted on the progress of my Kitchen but I feel confident that it will be the best kitchen I have ever had. Thank you also to Emily who has done all of the drawings and liased with me regarding all of my needs. Well done!!

Mr & Mrs A W Richford 8/8/17 We searched locally and also on the internet and came across Blackstone Kitchen, Looking through the on-line galley and pricing it all seemed a very good for a hand made kitchen, We called into their show room and Meet Patrick who was very helpful, looking at the units in the showroom I could see they where good quality. Patrick got his team to design the Kitchen for us and the CAD system they use was the best I have seen, it really showed how the kitchen would look as if from a photo. We Placed the order and paid our deposit, It was all a little worrying as you have to pay the full amount in stages up front before you actually have the kitchen delivered ( apart from Installation cost, this was paid on final completion) , No need to worry though, Every time we called there was always someone to answer any questions and was dealt with very efficiently, The kitchen was delivered as arranged, Graeme (the carpenter) made a great job of fitting it with attention to detail. Craig the decorator then came round and gave the kitchen its final decoration. We are very please with the end result and feel it is very good value for money.
