Such wonderful service at this store. We were greeted and thanked for wearing our masks. They still have hand sanitiser at the entrance and had a one way system. We were greeted by Norman who was so unbelievably knowledgeable. It was so lovely to talk with someone who takes pride in knowing what they are selling. So rather than just a spiel we were given so much information about the products and the invoice side of things. He also knew when the right time to step away was to give my husband and I space to discuss our options. We were really happy with the service we received here and can’t wait for our sofa to be delivered. Thank you!

Great shop for oak furniture, shame we don't have one in Ipswich

Good on Oak Furniture Land Tollgate as one of very few stores enforcing the law, too many stores take a slack attitude to what is a very serious situation. If you are complaining of stress and anxiety or have medical reasons for not complying with the law then surely it is in your own interest to stay away from public places and shield from the virus, taking the attitude of not wearing a mask puts both the staff at risk along with other customers who are willing to comply so drop all this rights nonsense and wake up to the risk, if you do not wish to comply with the law you can shop online. The attitude of the Colchester branch is how ALL shops should be so well done Tollgate branch
