Helen at ScS Coventry was lovely. We went in with just a small idea of what we wanted but after Helen walked us around and showed us all the options we soon decided what was best. Helen went through all the options, offered us coffee, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into anything which is always a bonus and felt very comfortable the whole time. We found our perfect sofa and we are excited to see it all set up in the living room ready for our 2 dogs to enjoy probably more than ourselves!! - Thank you so much for your help and time Helen, asset to the company for sure 😇

What a fantastic experience we had at SCS ! From the moment we walked in the store until the moment we left, the customer service was outstanding. We were shopping for carpet and laminate flooring with our daughter. We were greeted by RUSS, No high pressure selling. He was very friendly and helpful. We spent two hours in store . He provided us with hot drinks and even cake! My daughter came away after buying both carpets and flooring and all for a fantastic price. Thankyou to JACK, who worked out the cost. We were so impressed with the quality and service we bought sofas too! I strongly advise anyone if purchasing carpets, flooring or sofas. This is the place to go, you will not be disappointed

The Staff there are really very helpful and very nice and helpful. I was there last Thursday tea time to take a photo for my friend as she is having a new Leather Suite so I took some photos for her. And I saw a lovely Grey Leather 3 Seater and 2 Seater next to my friend's one. And I landed up buying one myself. And the Lady Ali was so very nice and very helpful. And I get my new Leather Suite in early November and I really cannot wait to have it. I have never ever brought a new Leather Suite in my life. And now I am going to really enjoy my lovely luxury Recliner 3 Seater Sofa and it is also Electric.

Excellent ! I visited the store in Coventry all the staff were friendly helpful and professional. Made two visits first to look round and choice what I liked staff gave me all the information so I could make an informed decision, the second I booked an appointment as I had decided which I wished to purchase. It was so quick and easy to purchase as I had the relevant information the sales lady was fantastic. All staff very well trained not pushy in anyway social distancing was clearly in place . We'd been struggling to find some chairs which we both liked but decided to ask when we entered the store about options for the colour we wanted and the saleswoman we asked, Alyson, was very helpful with immediately finding every option in the store and offer thoughts and suggestions about them. Also helped us with the colour matching, allowing us to take a swatch outside of the store to check. Helped us get the best possible price and explained payment / finance options clearly. The ordering and purchase process was relatively painless and we left very happy and relieved to be able to find something we both liked and which we'd failed to find at two other furniture stores before that. Friendly, knowledgeable service from staff, we were even made a brew and encouraged to spend as much time as needed getting comfortable before making a decision on what sofa to get. Which was a nice change. However Like any furniture store the sales team always have one eye on you and regardless of where you are in the store they are always right behind you offering advice whether you want it or not, yet once we had bought something despite having a few more questions there was suddenly no one available so a slightly disappointing end to the experience

Fantastic! Really desperate to get a sofa bed, been all over and nothing we could get any sooner than 3 weeks. Visited here and found 2, one was greatly reduced and fantastic quality! Staff are amazing! Nigel Speed looked after us, Thank you! 😊 the rest of the staff are lovely and so helpful. We ordered in August 2020 with the usual Bank Holiday offers placing a big order. I have to say with the covid situation they cannot be blamed and they even loaned us furniture as we were moving to a new house in November 2020 and we needed the furniture for our disabled parents. We had a partial delivery midway through. Although they were in communication to a certain point its now ceased. One of my parents have passed and it ls May 2021 and it irates me to see them advertising on TV when after 9 months we haven't a clue if we will get the rest of our order.

I cannot convey how happy I am with the service I have received, from the moment I walked into the store until the minute the delivery guys left. I've had nothing but first class customer service. I was treated with respect and was made to feel very important as the choice of your new suite is a massive one and something you don't do very often. Oh my...fabulous selection of nice sofa. My wife and I bought a 3 seater and large single. But what made it a blast was a salesman called Russell. Awesome dude! Answered all our questions, super polite and was an absolute delight to work with. I recommend this store for sofas and most importantly, ask for Russell. Photos when the sofas come in 3months

He talked us through our options and at no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase, he even advised we go away and think about it. I have just purchased a sofa from SCS and had a very good experience. On entering the shop I was informed by a member of staff how the 1 way system worked. It was very clearly marked and easy to follow. There was a hand sanitiser dispenser on the wall which I was politely asked to use. Steve the salesman introduced himself to my family from a safe distance and said please feel free to wander the store at your leisure but if you need any help please just ask. When we found the sofa we wanted Steve came straight to us and answered all our questions. We signed on the dotted line and the experience was a very pleasant. Steve was delightful, I took my elderly father with me as the sofa was for him and Steve was very conscious that my dad was ok & comfortable at all times. I’m very happy with my experience at SCS, it was very well organised, not to busy and very clean. I saw staff cleaning regularly while I was there. At this particular time this made me feel very relaxed and not at all worried especially having an elderly relative with me. Thankyou Steve & SCS

I have to say, that I had the most pleasant experience shopping at ScS in Coventry. I had spent the whole morning in Rugby at other Sofa stores, Sofology, DFS, Furniture Village etc in Rugby and much to my disappointment, both in sofa variety and service if I’m honest. However, my mum pointed out that she had recently purchased her sofa from ScS in Coventry and we have all been delighted with it! Upon arriving at the ScS Coventry store, it was very busy and it allowed me the time to walk around without a sales person following me!! When I found my dream sofa, Nigel (Store Manager) kindly came and over and explained everything from material, cushion types, colours, insurances and more suitable financial alternatives should my dream sofa not fit my budget! Which it did not! However, Nigel took the time to sit with me and mum and explain ways in which we could make the sofa fit my budget without too much compromise!! He even tried the sofas out to ensure we could fit 3 adults on the 3 seater sofa!! Nigel offered valuable and extensive advice, his Unlimited time and attention and above all else excellent customer service and satisfaction!!! I am so incredibly excited about my sofas arrival!!

The settee advertised was a great price , but then when you speak to the sales person it is then explained that there is an option for different cushion filling i.e fibre or foam! I paid the extra, roughly £50 a chair for the better shape keeping foam filling! Why cant these options be shown on their adverts.

I always have a positive experience at SCS (Coventry store). The staff are not pushy at all, which is a bonus, and they are always helpful and polite. Particularly in light of pandemic lockdown lifting, the organisation inside the store has been well-thought-out for the safety of the customers. It's also nice to see a hand sanitiser fixed to the wall with proper hand gel, unlike a couple of other similar stores who seem to have watered down the bottles they have available!
