Had trouble with the couch I purchased fitting through my hallway, the delivery men were very helpful, took it away and then the manager sorted adapting the couch. Arms were removed and fitted back on once the couch was re delivered and in the correct place. The manager at the store wouldn't take any extra money and instead insisted I made a donation to Marie Curie, which I did. Even better thing was, this was all completed in a couple of days. Excellent service.

My wife and I had a kitchen fitted by Christie’s back in 2014 and were absolutely delighted with it. When we recently moved home we had no hesitation in going back to Les and Jamie for our latest project, commissioning a new kitchen, wardrobes and a couple of bespoke units. Don’t be swayed by your builder and settle for a cheap Howden’s kitchen - pop along to Christie’s and compare the quality - I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Additionally, we are pretty savvy internet shoppers when it comes to appliances and we couldn’t get anywhere near to Christie’s on quality Neff appliances, so we went for the complete package. On the design side, Les is really creative and thinks outside the box to offer innovative solutions to any challengers you might have. On top of this, their customer service is second to none and they really go the extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied. A local quality firm providing a bespoke personal service.

Absolutely delighted. I was fully aware that there may be issues taking on a project like this during the current pandemic, but Les & Jamie's customer service throughout was fantastic. There were issues with getting stocks of materials, but they kept me informed of any issues throughout, and they even purchased an appliance from an alternative supplier at extra cost to Christies, so my kitchen would be completed before Christmas. Well Done Christie's, I would 100% recommend Christie's to anyone. I can't thank you enough.

These guys designed and installed my Mums new kitchen. Quite complexed with the removal of a wall along with some other specifics she was certain she wanted. Well these guys delivered. Project was managed by Les and his team and thoroughly professional. Even the aftercare has been great with a couple of aspects that needed attention.
