Really impressed with the service provided by Stace and the team from Coates Interiors, from start to finish they are all super professional. Stace arranged everything including the carpet fitter and electrician. The guys who fitted the wardrobes Sean and Damien did a exemplary job, very polite and friendly and the standard of craftsmanship is second to none, very rarely do you get this level of service, a special thanks to Anthony the electrician who after a very busy day in Birmingham still called in at 7:30pm to make sure the job was completed on time. If your looking for a fitted bedroom please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I have include a photo but it doesn’t do justices, the quality and feel of the, finished product is far superior to other wardrobe we looked from some of the big name companies. Fantastic experience getting the dressing room I wanted, I am in love with it. We had also had another wardrobe removed and updated in the same day. We visited the Sheffield showroom and were very impressed with the quality of the wardrobes on display. Stace came to our home and measured up for a dressing room and new wardrobes to our front bedroom. We chose the interior layout from options in the brochure and agreed a date for fitting. On the day four fitters Damien, Sean, Don and Karl together with Anthony the electrician arrived at 7.45am. They were very friendly and worked tirelessly, their workmanship is exceptional and we are extremely pleased with both rooms. We would recommend Coates Interiors to anyone who are looking for a high quality product with excellent customer service. Thank you to you all.

Excellent workmanship and service. Stace was extremely professional and friendly when the came out to measure up and discuss our bedroom design. He came out again to double check everything before ordering and again whilst the fitters were onsite. There was a slight problem with our order in the wardrobe doors were manufactured in a different colour accidentally. They were apologetic and reacted to this mistake straight away and sorted the problem. These things happen and it is how people solve the problems that count. The whole team of Coates were extremely professional and the quality is superb. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I’m a huge perfectionist which usually doesn’t bode well with tradesmen, but Stace and the guys were fantastic. The end result is literally perfect and we are over the moon! The whole process of having everything bespoke was amazing. We got a choice of so many designs, colours, metals, finishes, handles and interior fittings — we picked everything from scratch to match our taste, which was perfect. Being a new build, we’re not blessed with large bedrooms so we’re really thankful of the design time that went in to ensure we maximised our space for what we wanted to go inside. We’re going to have more work done in the future and recommend Coates Interiors to anyone who’s looking for a top quality investment in their home.

What an amazing job. Very quick response to initial enquiry. Communication re fitting was excellent. The fitters, Sean and Damien, were great. They were friendly, professional and tidy. Very, very happy with the finished cupboards which were designed to house my ironing board and wash baskets along with loads more storage. The attention to detail was extremely good. My recommendation would be….. use all their trades. The electrician (lights and socket) and the carpet fitter all turned up on the same day so we had a completely finished job in the one day. These trades were just as good as the fitters. Thank you Stace for organising a good team.

The joiner Karl took extra time and care to ensure they were perfect. Dan and Antony were also brilliant. Stace from Coates interiors came to do us a quote, he is very amicable and well mannered, he fetched a huge amount of samples and informed us we could have any combination we'd like. He was very helpful in ensuring we made the right choices for our circumstances. We were happy with the quoted price, which was every reasonable and I would think very competitive, although we didn't look elsewhere, because we was happy with the impression and the quote Stace made. He offered advice and made recommendations regarding things we wouldn't have considered, such as having an architrave surrounding the wardrobe. On the day of installation, Coates Interiors arrived exactly on time and installed the wardrobe and fitments in only one morning, they were incredibly efficient and courteous. After installation there was no mess and the Wardrobes were perfect and look great, they even painted the architraves to match our colour scheme back at their workshop prior to the installation date, something we wasn't expecting. So in summary, we couldn't be happier with our wardrobes, fitted very efficiently, to a high standard and at a fair price. Rob.

World class wardrobe fitters. I had some wardrobed fitted for my mother who lives in Rotherham, South yorkshire. I have Lived in London for the past 28 years, and seen quality jobs and very bad ones. i might add that i am considered particularly fussy when it comes to quality and finish. I had 2 other quotes, one of them from a (leading)wardrobe and kitchen fitters company.I contacted coates Interiors and dealt with Stace,the director. He came back with the quote and ideas,mentioning things to detail that would work ,and things that would have been a problem. I went with my gut instinct and chose Coates Interiors. I went up North especially to oversee this as i have learned from experience that if you want a job done right, then you have to project manage personally. Nothing was too much trouble from the onset and he was courteous and informative all the way from start to finish. We even left him and his colleague to it and left them alone for 3 hours. I could see he was organised from the start and worked cleanly and professionally. The wardrobes look absolutely amazing and cannot fault them at all. I will at some point get the cupboard space in the hallway done and wouldn't even think twice for him to do the job. I am very glad for reviews as it guides us to getting good workmanship as standard. I can assure you that his work is brilliant and you wouldn't get better anywhere. Thank you so much,Stace and colleague (sorry didn't get your name); ( My Mum is super happy and am sure will continue to fill it with different items : ) We went for the high gloss sliding door with the flat aluminium trim, top panel push touch open doors for extra storage as we have very high ceilings. one word-AMAZING PS the price was great too for the quality of the wardrobes.
