My husband and I had been looking for a new corner sofa for some time and, to be honest they mostly looked the same except for the new colour palettes. I stumbled across Vintage Sofa Warehouse whilst my husband was watching a Grand Prix. I knew the moment I saw this leather sofa how beautiful it was, but, we live in Bournemouth and the warehouse is in Durham. Enter Nikki who explained the cost of delivery and sent me videos and full measurements of the sofas they came in three sections on pallets and the rest is history. My husband watched the end of a Grand Prix rerun and I bought a stunning leather sofa. Job done. Thank you Nikki for your fantastic customer service.

Yet again another amazing purchase, I bought 2 beautiful sofa’s and a drinks cabinet from here for my sitting room. They are now stocking fabulous furniture on the newly refurbished top floor. A range of styles to suit all tastes. Nikki and Andrew were very accommodating as always they made sure my purchase was exactly what I wanted and also added extra layers of sealer to the sofa’s to ensure that it lasted better in my busy household. I'm so pleased someone recommended the Vintage Sofa Warehouse when I said I was looking for a new sofa. I had seen one online from a major retailer but worried about how well made or comfortable it would be. At Vintage Sofa I was very impressed with the range on offer. I chose a Chesterfield style at less than the price of the one I saw online. I could choose the colour, studs and how firm I wanted it to be. It was ready and delivered within the estimated time and it looks and feels great 👍 There was no pressure selling and it was just such a lovely shop to browse round. Thank you 😀

I’m not a fan of generic sofa shops like dfs, sofology etc. I find them very corporate and blah blah blah! I knew when I walked into the vintage sofa warehouse that this was the place for me. Amazing choice of vintage and new sofas, all beautifully presented in a very unique and quirky building. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and we were even told where to go for a nice meal and beer. Will definitely be back for more and I recommend this amazing place to everyone

Although we only live a few miles away we came across this shop by accident and we are so glad we did! It has a mix of unique vintage furniture as well as more modern items so there really is something to suit everyone. We were allowed to browse as much as we wanted without being pressured in to buying anything and both Nikki & Andrew were there when needed to answer any questions we had. We ordered a 3 seater sofa & chair and were kept updated by Nikki at all times of the expected delivery date. Andrew delivered the items and we couldn’t be happier. This place is amazing! The vintage stock is so stylish and in such superb condition I only wish I had a bigger house! It is displayed in a fantastic building full of history where each display area tells a different story in a unique style. Everytime I go I just want to move in. The new stock which can be ordered is bang on trend and brings a little vintage spin with it. Nikki and Andrew who run the store make you feel so welcome and leave you to browse without any pressure but will also spend as much time as you like talking about the pieces and where they have come from. Nikki has been amazing finding me some specific styles at great prices and Andrew's workmanship and skills are second to none. It is rare for me to give 5 stars for anything. Quite honestly Vintage Sofa Warehouse deserve a 6! The service and customer care are second to none. The products are high quality and in my view very competitively priced for the quality and finish. I have just taken delivery of 2 sofas and an armchair . They have been made to my specific requirements and covered in one of the many beautiful hardwearing and quality fabrics available which I chose. I could not be more delighted with the look feel and comfort of these items. The shop and shopping experience is a delight at their amazing premises. You will never experience pushy sales you will get attention and a professional service to help you choose something perfect for you and your home. I went back 3 times and pondered fabrics and design. Nikki and Andrews experience and patience shone through and I am a very satisfied customer. Communication is excellent. On delivery the furniture was unwrapped and put in places of my choice and all packaging removed. Payment was deposit and final payment when furniture ready for delivery. Lead in times are very reasonable for bespoke items. It matters to me me that manufacture is in England and I can see this companys commitment to British business as well as their customers. What a shop this is. I called in for a quick look and was amazed what I found inside. Quality unique sofas with class written all over them. I don’t often leave reviews but service here was great! After my house move was delayed they stored the sofa for me, and then on moving day I got the keys at 1 and the sofa delivered by 2! What more could you want! They were also really helpful in the shop, showing me all the different options, and the delivery was pretty speedy for a sofa (about 8 weeks). Couldn’t recommend more!

I LOVE, LOVE this company. Bought 2 new sofas from them last year, excellent service in the store. Delivery was a challenge as the 3-seater wouldn't come in via the front door and tiny hall in my current home. No problem, they came in through the back patio doors and smiled throughout. Last week I was back to buy a fantastic pre-loved piece of furniture for my new house. Nickki and Andrew are lovely, super helpful, I needed some tweaks, casters added, done to the item so it would be easier or me to move myself; absolutely no problem. This is definitely my favourite store. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary this is the place to go.
