Before ordering our new sofa and armchair we visited the Edinburgh store on 3 occasions and on each occasion staff were always very helpful. From ordering to delivery the Edinburgh team were always on hand to respond to any questions on delivery which was modestly delayed due to external factors. The quality and comfort of our sofa and armchair are really amazing and if we ever needed further additions then it will always be Sofas and Stuff for us. Thank you to the Edinburgh Team and to the factory workers.

Stunning showroom and lovely staff. They really do know their product. The choice of fabrics was out of this world. But the sales girls really listen, and offer helpful advice. The only downside is the sofas take a bit longer to be made than we expected. So we are going to have to be patient.

Great experience from showroom to delivery!!! Quality all the way!! Sofas and Stuff in Edinburgh...sofa heaven really!!! Spoiled for choice in both in design and fabric. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. I am delighted with my sofa. Delivered right on schedule (although the wait for your very own custom built sofa is a bit agonizing). The delivery service allowed me to choose a perfect time slot. The guys managed two flights of stairs and a tight corner with ease AND they unpacked and removed all the packing materials. Well done all around!! Sofas and Stuff gets 5 STARS. Now back to fluffing those luxurious down cushions!!!!

Ordered August. Told 8-10 weeks. 13 weeks in we hadn't heard a squeak. Emailed to enquire what's happening and no reply received. I was actually concerned they'd gone bust and taken my money with them so went into store. Staff in store very helpful although we're now told will arrive late Dec. Which is 16-17 weeks after order. I appreciate things are slower than usual at the moment and we're not exactly sitting on the floor here but an occasional update or at least replies to emails would be good. To be fair, I'll update this when the sofa actually gets here!

One of the few places left that sells quality traditional sofas. No parking but on street parking round the corner just downhill from The Athletic Arms aka The Diggers. It would be remiss not to organise your visit so that you can stop off for an excellent pint.

The staff in the shop are extremely patient as it took us ages to choose a colour. The sofa arrived earlier than expected and the delivery guys gave us a 3 hour slot which was a pleasant surprise. The sofa is great quality and we are delighted with the product and the service.

I went into the shop with a shortlist of 4 sofas and after about 2 hours of dithering, eventually chose a completely different one. The staff were great and I didn't feel at all hurried or get the hard sell. Delivery was on time, good communication and they unpacked and removed all packaging. Highly recommended!!

We recently bought a sofa from the Edinburgh store and had a lovely buying experience with Jane, and help from Laura too. Unfortunately our sofa was delivered with the chaise the wrong way round but Jane couldn't have been more helpful with getting it all sorted out for us. Although we had to wait a wee while for our correct sofa to arrive, we were kept up to date throughout as to the process and we were able to keep the incorrect one anyway while we waited.Jane and "Sofa's and Stuff" were brilliant at getting it sorted it so that we weren't inconvenienced at all. Our correct sofa has now arrived and we're absolutely delighted with it, it's fantastic - by far the comfiest sofa I've ever had. I would highly recommend Jane and her team - over and above their local competitors who couldn't come close in either price, quality, choice or just downright friendliness! Thanks guys..I'm off to sink into my gorgeous comfy sofa right now.

What a great buying experience. The ladies in the Edinburgh showroom were so helpful and patient with me. The choice of fabrics was a little overwhelming but I managed to choose a lovely linen for the sofa with a liberty fabric for the scatter cushions.
