I (Evelyn ) phoned this shop and spoke to a lovely girl working that day called Imogen. She arranged transfer of a clock from the other Edinburgh store (as I had difficulty getting through on the phone to that particular store) she took payment over the phone and 3 days later I had my clock. Excellent ,trustworthy service and I am also very pleased with the clock.
