Bishopbriggs store was brilliant with us. We tried the sleep pro,Barbara was great with us from start to finish and made the options easy for us to choose. We told Barbara what we were looking for and she helped us throughout,great payment options,10% upfront and 0% finance. We've already recommended to some friends. Overall brilliant customer service from start to finish and the communication afterwards via email has been great too. Highly recommend

Great service if you are buying something but terrible customer service after that. Refuse point blank to do anything instore stating you have to speak to customer service. Thing is customer service message states they are too busy (and short staffed) to take your call and to try again later!! Not a happy customer.
