Ordered a mattress from Bensons in Uddingston and the whole transaction went without a hitch. I picked my delivery date when I bought the mattress in store, received a text a few days before to confirm delivery, and received a phonecall on the day an hour before they arrived. After bad experiences with furniture companies in the past I would highly recommend Bensons as their customer service was excellent.

We were in this afternoon looking for a new mattress, and was severed by Paul he was an absolute gentleman, very helpful and friendly. Done everything he could to help us out. If going to Benson and bed I would highly recommend Paul. Only small issue is the delivery time scale, due to the pandemic.

Because the whole experience from Sandra Hill in the store with the virtual meeting where she was not pushy at all and extremely helpfully with helping to choose the correct bed to help my wife with her health conditions, to the lads that came out to assemble the bed was amazing and extremely professional with everything they did.
