I have bought several things from this shop from ornaments, cushions to pieces of furniture and love them all. The designs are always simple, minimal and beautiful. I recently bought the Modena sofa with resting unit in the Black Friday sale and received excellent service from Eilidh Hunter. Prior to my visit to order the sofa, she had spent a lot of time helping me, such as sending out tons of fabric samples and creating computer generated images of the sofa in my own living room to give me a better idea of how it would look. My sofa was delivered on the date agreed and I liked the fact it was delivered by Bo Concept staff, not a sub contracted delivery company that don’t know anything about the products. The new shop is fabulous and a luxury retail experience. I was given a fabulous goodie bag too. Jenny, Cambuslang.

New store just opened and is modelled on the latest Scandinavian design. It's light, open and really had the shape to show off the pieces and rooms that are on display Furniture is super cool and the lifetime guarantee is something that you don't get everywhere else. The designers really do take the time to get to know what you want and the assembly and delivery team are amazing.

BoConcept Glasgow were fantastic I was introduced to Jessica a design consultant through Bauen Kitchen Design to help with my open plan living project. Jessica visited the house to see the layout and take measurements. it was lovely to see how the sofas would look. In the showroom i was guided with choosing colours and fabrics for 2 large sofas . Delivery was perfect and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica for her design skills and all the girls at BoConcept Glasgow who all made me feel very welcome. I ordered a sofa from BoConcept Glasgow and when it arrived wanted to flip it so that the chaise end was on the other side of the sofa. This was done with no problem and the new sofa was just delivered this week, which I am super pleased with. The quality is excellent and it looks great in my living room. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful, ensured the sofa was exactly where I wanted it and even helped move some other furniture to line up with the new position. They cleaned up everything afterwards too. I would definitely recommend this store.

I took the plunge and bought new living room furniture - 2 leather sofas, coffee table, storage unit, dining table and chairs! Eilidh Hunter helped me through the whole process from start to finish, came out to my flat to measure everything and prepare an on line plan of everything I was considering so I could see exactly what it would look like in my home. Quality of furniture is fabulous, delivery and fitting was first class. Eilidh was so helpful, listened to my ever changing ideas and brought lots of insights from her experience in design. And there was no hard sell, which I really liked. I am a very happy customer!

I've been a customer of BoConcept for quite a few years now. The quality of furniture is always second to none and the customer service is always on point - very important to me. Some recent purchases I made I had some issues with. I must add it is very rare to have any issues with BoConcept furniture. I dealt with Christine and Eilidh and they were both fantastic. Very attentive and on the ball and resolved to my satisfaction with no fuss. I went into the store also to look at fabric samples and Eilidh made me feel very welcome and had good advice re: the different types of fabric. This is why I am a long standing customer of BoConcept and will continue to be as they genuinely care about their customers and BoConcept furniture really is top drawer. Thanks Craig

Lovely store with beautiful pieces. Eilidh McDougall was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and nothing was too much bother. She produced a computer generated image of our room to show exactly how the space would look with the products. Very pleased with service thank you.

I took delivery of my new Indivi sofa bed and Indivi 2 seater sofa. As always first class service from the friendly and professional BoConcept Delivery Men. Craig and William were gentlemen, so helpful, very professional in their job and very obliging. They even helped remove the old sofa in my apartment which was a big help. Really makes a massive difference having an in-house professional delivery team unlike other furniture companies who outsource to third party delivery companies. BoConcept are leading the way. Jessica was very good and polite. Support was exceptional, the only issue I have is with the price for the delivery of smaller items. 69,- pound for a mirror is beyond expensive and unjustifiable.

We have just ordered furniture from Bo Concept in Glasgow and are delighted with the service we have received so far. Ashley spent a great deal of time with us over a few months, until we were completely happy with our final choices. We have never worked with an interior designer before but we needn't have worried - she encouraged us to develop our own ideas but made them even better, with her strong knowledge of the fabrics, colour matches and products available. She has assured us of support in the future when we go.on to choose curtains and soft furnishings. This is rare and very impressive!
